Chapter 5

Milwaukee, Wisconsin (1 Month Later)

"I don't want nothing too crazy, we just gon get patron" I said into my camera. I'm vlogging my night out with a few of my loyal  subscribers I flew out to come chill with me in Milwaukee and we been vibing the entire time. The girl name was Ashley and her cousin and his name is Trey.

"Sis we finna be litt as hell but that's the goal" Ashley said as we all raised our shot glasses and took a shot together. I felt a burning sensation in my throat but it went away after I drunk some water. I recorded for about 20 more minutes before charging up my camera because it was dying. I was officially drunk and fell onto Whitney who was flirting with Trey.

"Aye y'all making me wish I had a man" I said as I faked a sad face. I heard teeth sucking, I turned around with a surprised look on my face. At least I think I looked surprised, I'm feeling nice right now so I don't know.

"Call your man right now, what the hell you mean you wish" Whitney said causing me to burst out laughing. I took out some weed to start rolling up.

"Oh shit we finna be high high" Ashley said as she pulled out a spliff too. Her cousin was already knocked out half way but he was munching on some food I made earlier. I made some Alfredo and garlic bread, nothing too crazy. It was bussin though, that's all that mattered. My phone buzzed and I seen it was Shar face timing me.

"Oh shit, I'm hype y'all. Pass me a brush, hurry up" I said low key in a panic way. Whitney laughed as she tossed me my wig brush. I brushed my hair a few times before picking up the phone. He was laying down and smoking.

"Wassup boo, what you got going on?" He asked me in his deep voice. I felt mad geeked for no reason, I just really missed him.

"I'm chillin with my best friend and my subscribers. We had a lil drunk night to just chill and shit. I wanted to take them to NY but things backfired" I said as I took my plate out the microwave. I ate already but it just ran through me cause of the shots.

"That's wassup text me your channel. I never got a chance to ask you but go look on my video real quick and tell me what you see" He said. I put him on pause to go on the YouTube app. I typed in his stage name and seen he had two million views and thirty something thousand comments.

"Oh shit, bae you goin upp. See what did I tell you?" I said with a big ass smile on my face. I genuinely was really happy that he's doing good and getting noticed so fast. Can't say I'm surprised but I'm definitely proud.

"I appreciate that mamas.. I got another song I've been tweakin wit. Might do a video soon. I want you to be there" He told me.

"I want to be there. I need to find a way to move a little closer to everyone. I'm so far away" I said as I took the blunt because it was my turn in the cyph.

I checked my email and seen my graduation was scheduled for tomorrow at 1. I honestly didn't wanna go because I have a session at the studio later on in the day but I'm gonna just go. My moms knocked on my room door.

"Hold on boo" I told Brooke on the other line. I took my headphone out and told her come in.

"That light skin girl here. I'm about to go to the supermarket, ion want no shit in my damn house. You hear me Shar?" She spoke. I only was still here because I have to finalize my apartment and shit until this first check clear. Since I just hit 2 million I guess they're gonna send that shit to my bank account or some shit. Once that clear, I'm outta here.

"Do you hear me Bashar?" She asked again.

"Yes ma'am, tell her come" I told her. She scolded me a bit before going to get her. I told Brooke I'll call her back, I heard the front door close and locked as she came into the room.
