After that chat conversation, I took a really really deep breath. Anong trip niya? He left me, then suddenly he would casually ask me to have coffee with him? Siyempre papayag parin ako.Hindi ko maiwasang kabahan habang nasa elevator ako. What? I am a brave person, why am I nervous as hell right now?
"Hi," he greeted me as soon as I was less than a meter near him. Damn that voice.
"San tayo?" I asked him.
"The usual nga," he looked at me with a small smile. Damn that smile.

The ride to the coffee shop was quiet. I told him na it's okay for me to drive at susundan ko lang siya, but he insisted na sabay na lang daw kami. Edi okay, madali naman akong kausap.
He opened the door of the coffee shop for me. Buti nalang at 2 inches lang na heels suot ko. Kung yung 4 ang ginamit ko baka kanina pa ako nadapa. I feel very distracted with his face.
"Hey, you okay?" Hindi.
"Yeah. Sorry."
"It's okay. What's your order?" Sinabi ko sa kanya ang order ko dahil siya na lang daw ang pipila sa counter. I usually buy iced americano every I am here, so I ordered that.
While waiting for our order, he wandered his eyes around the whole place with his mouth slightly opened.
"Tagal na rin no? Tagal ko nang 'di naka punta dito,"
"Yeah. It's been three years. It has been three years since you left," I replied while looking directly at him.
He gave me a faint smile after what I said. "Those three years was hell, Cass."
