"Hoon can we just talk for the first few minutes?" Jake asked with a smile, looking at the floor. For some reason he blamed himself for the situation they were currently in. He kept thinking that maybe if he wasn't always so clingy they wouldn't be in this situation right now.

He thinks that it would've been easier for both of them if they chose other people over each other for once. Because now, they had to play a game where the other dies in the end. Only one can survive. If only they picked different people for once both of them could've had a better chance of getting out of this place together.

But now they can't. Only one can leave this particular game alive.

"Of course pup. What do you wanna talk about?" Sunghoon smiled looking at his boyfriend, as he reached for his hand and carressed it soothingly.

"Lets talk about our future. We both know that only one of us can survive. And if thats the case I want you to win." Jake said, trying his best not to cry.

"No! If one of us is gonna live and win this game its you. I'm not gonna let you die, even if that means I have to." The taller male said as he pulled Jake into his embrace.

"But what about Yeji?" Jake asked, knowing well that the reason his boyfriend was here was so that he could take his sister back from the orphanage. While he on the other hand was here to support him. But this is as far as they can go. After this they won't have each other to cry on anymore nor hug for comfort.

"Tell her I love her. And know that I'll love you forever. Dead or alive, I'm always with you. Just please take care of her for me." Sunghoon said as tears were now building up in his eyes.

"Tell her I'm sorry for not being there." Sunghoon said with his tears now pouring out his eyes, sliding down his face and onto his lover that was buried in his embrace.

"But I'm okay with dying. I have nobody else but you. You became my life the moment we met. And as cheesy as this sounds, I can't live without you." Jake laughed as he pulled out of his lovers embrace. Jake looked at Sunghoons face and once again he was reminded just how lucky he was to have him.

"Stop crying Hoon. You don't need to be sorry for anything. Because you'll be there for her. You'll get out of this place and live your best life with your sister." Jake exclaims, carressing Sunghoons face, wiping all the tears away.

"Not if that means I'll have to let you go. I promised that I'll protect you. And I plan on keeping that promise. Till death and till now." Sunghoon protested as he leaned in on the warmth Jakes hand provided. The warmth he loves and he'll miss after this.

"But I have no chance of surviving after this. The only reason I got this far was because you were there to help me. Without you I would've been dead long ago."

Jake explained, now crying as well. Death for Jake in the whole game was inevitable. He himself knew that. Which is why he's gonna do what he can to make sure that Sunghoon wins.

"So please, please take these and don't look back." Jake said giving the bag of marbles he had to Sunghoon.

Sunghoon only bursted into more tears at what Jake was doing, shaking his head vigorously. At this point he was going insane. If he lives Jake will be happy, but at the same time, him living means Jake will die. He couldn't have that happen. But it will in a matter of minutes, knowing how persistent and irresistable Jake is even now.

"P-please don't. D-don't do this to me Sim Jaeyoon. Don't die for me. Do anything but that. You can l-leave me but p- please don't die on me. Do whatever you want. Anything, but please live." Sunghoon begged crying, on his knees hugging Jake.
