That Girl

You took a step forward and looked around. You could not find Sasha anywhere. Your mind wandered as your eyes did too. Sasha is no where to be found.

Sasha, your best friend, is a quirky girl. Not only does she wear dresses every day with fun patterns, but her hair is always in that signature ponytail.

You got worried as you couldn't spot this quirky girl anywhere. Time was ticking, and school got out a while ago.

"Boo!" You heard a loud shout, and your body flinched.

"Sasha!" You said annoyingly, turning around to see your best friend smiling in ammusment.

"Sorry! It's a habit!" She shouted in response.

"I know," you scoffed, "I saw you do it to Connie earlier."

Connie, someone you aren't exactly close to, happens to be very close with your best friend Sasha. You guys have been to a few places together, and you are getting slightly closer to both of them.

Sasha giggled, imagining Connie's reaction if she scared him right now. "I know.." Sasha scratched her head, "but it's all in good fun, right?"

"I guess." Your bored voice spoke.

"You seem sad or something. Some thing happen?" Sasha asked you. Her face expression didn't match her true feelings. She was actually pretty worried.

"No, not really. I'm just bored with my life I guess." You sighed. "At least people like you and Connie make it a little better."

"Hehe, that's true." Sasha giggled once again.

"Hey, there's this party that I heard of from Connie. Now I know we don't really go to parties, but maybe that's why our lives are boring! Let's go, we can try it out, if you don't like i-" Sasha was interrupted.

"I'll go." You said.

"Yeah?" Sasha looked confused.

"What? You expected me not to accept the offer?"

"Well honestly, yeah. This is out of character for you." Sasha said nodding her head.

"It is not!" You said, throwing a napkin on her head and then slipping your backpack on.

"Ok.. whatever you say." Sasha murmured under her breath, putting her backpack on as well.

You two were walking in the halls of your school towards the entrance. While looking around, avoiding everyone and staying close to Sasha's arm, someone caught your eye. A girl with silky black hair, and glaring dark eyes, with a beautiful twinkle that looked just like the solar system. Time slowed as you passed her, then suddenly and unfortunately sped up as you reached the exit to your school.

After confirming with your parents, you were at the party with a duo of idiots along with you. Sasha and Connie were looking around with you and checking out the place. Loud but at the same time muffled music boomed in your ears.

"Hey, we're going to go look for some food. You stay here." Connie informed you, pointing behind him.

"Wai-" you tried to scream to them, but they were already gone. "Damn.." You thought. You found a chair and sat on it in a very awkward way, hoping it was no one's seat.

"Hey." A deeper, but flirty, feminine voice spoke.

"Hi-" you said, looking up. Your eyes met with this girls, and you stared into them once again.

You stared, noticing the silky black hair once again. As you stared into her eyes, your face got red. All of the stars of space reflected in her eyes, and your heart fluttered.

"So, uh, you doing anything?" She asked nervously.

"Mnm." You shook your head to say no.

"I want to show you something."

The dark haired girl grabbed your arm and made sure you were following her.

You two avoided the crowds, zig-zagging to the back door of this huge house.

"Not very many people out here." you took note.

"Yeah." The girl holding your wrist responded.

"Look at that." She pointed into the sky.

"It's a-" you two synchronized, "A blood moon." The black haired finished.

"It's incredibly pretty." her soft voice spoke. "Just like you."

Your face turned so red, you were sure you could feel your cheeks burn.
"Not more than you." You assured.

The girl chuckled. "You know me right? Mikasa?" She asked.

"Mikasa? I've heard the name..." You remembered.

"You don't? I mean I know not everyone knows me... but that makes you even hotter to me." Mikasa responded.
