Keola hasn't gotten much sleep. I need to help her but I don't know how. My boyfriend is trying to help out but he's a little girly and she not girly at all. Chilled says that he gay but I know he's not.
The doctor tell me that Keola need to try to use her legs but she doesn't want to move at all. She had 4 hours of sleep in the last two weeks. Smarty trying to get her to sleep but it's not working.
"Keola are you ok". I ask her mabe she might tell me. "Emily to be honest no I'm not I can't fall asleep and every time I do I have bad dreams and they make me want to kill myself". "Keola I didn't know". "None of you knew". "Keola I'm so sorry. Maybe we can help you". I said giving her a hug.

I started to cut and it's hard to hide it because me and Chilled are more active than ever. I'm getting really depressed. Chilled is helping but not that much.
