DRACO MALFOY is a womaniser. he
never cares for the girls that he messes
around — doesn't blink an eye when they
confess their love for him, never flinches
as they cry when they catch him fooling
around with the next best thing.

DRACO is a MALFOY, after all. he's
always gotten his own way; never
even considered how long the trail
of broken hearts behind him might be.

DRACO's friends are sick of his ways.
THEODORE NOTT  believes the line
has been crossed when DRACO hooks
up with THEO's life-long crush, and
he and BLAISE ZABINI decide it's
time DRACO is 'humbled' a little bit.

cue ROWAN YAXLEY...

once upon a time, ROWAN and DRACO
actually respected one another. their
parents were friends, and they were
both on the quidditch team. that was,
of course, until DRACO begun to make
a habit of treating his female companions
cruelly.

ROWAN despises DRACO and the way
he treats women; she makes this fact very
clear to DRACO every single day. the only
time she will willingly speak to him is during
prefect rounds or quidditch practices.

however, when THEO and BLAISE
approach her with an idea for the
sweetest revenge that a boy like DRACO
could ever receive, ROWAN has to
rethink her rule of never getting with
DRACO MALFOY.

she wants to give him a taste of his
own medicine. ROWAN has until the end
of the year to break DRACO MALFOY's
heart — assuming that he even has one,
of course — and that she doesn't end
up falling for his tricks herself...

i'd like to also put in a quick author's note as of october 2024 and say that i am not exactly the most proud of this fanfic. if you're looking for a draco fic that i'm proud of then i wouldn't blame you for heading over to my other fic, training wheels! this fic is meant to be a lot shorter and has more of an au/ooc feel, and it's very teenager-y if that makes any sense. so if you're looking for a short-ish fic that is a bit more on the chick flick sort of spectrum, then this is for you!
