Chapter 3

You realized what just came out of your mouth.

Oh my gosh.. why did I tell Katsuki?! I was only supposed to tell Izuku, but it's like the words just slipped out.

"W-what.." Katsuki said almost speechless.

'Great job Y/n. Now he's going to tell everyone he knows, and the whole school will hear how much of a freak I am.'

You were so worried on what he was going to say, that you didn't want to even hear it. You shoved Katsuki out of the way and ran to your house.

'Idiot Y/n idiot!' I messed up big time.

timeskip: 8:00 AM

You were so nervous to go to school that you convinced your mom that you had a major tummy ache.

It was so hard talking, or even confronting your dad. You wished you didn't eavesdrop on that conversation.

timeskip: after school

You wanted to contact Izuku somehow, but you didn't your  phone with you. You were laying in bed, watching some K-drama. Things were getting interesting until you hear your mom call you.

You sigh and pause your K-drama. You go downstairs and run to your mom. Your mom was on the phone, she was talking to Izuku's mom.

'Honey, Izuku wants to talk to you over the phone, give it to me when your done okay?' You nodded and took the phone out of your moms hands.

on the phone-

'Hey Izuku!' You say over the phone. 'Hey, y/n... are you doing okay?' Izuku says with a concerned tone. 'Yeah... but I need to tell you something...' You say nervously.

'Yeah?' Izuku says. 'I- I overheard a conversation the other day...'

'And?' Izuku says confused. 'I think my quirk has something to do with the LOV...'

'WOAH WHERE DID YOU HEAR THAT FROM?' Izuku shouts through the phone. You can hear his mom telling him to quiet down. 

You giggle at the fact that he was interested, and state everything that happened yesterday. You asked Izuku what to do.

'Well I'm not too sure.. but you should probably talk to your parents about it, it sounds serious.' Izuku suggests.

'Your right... but what if my dad gets mad...?' You say worried. 'He won't, I promise.' Izuku says.

'Thanks Izuku,' you say. 'No problem, I hope you resolve this situation soon!' Izuku exclaims. You hand the phone to your mom and the moms keep talking.

You head to your father's room, you were nervous but you knew that this was what you needed to do. You open the door and see your father on his laptop. You ask to talk to him about something.

The words in your mouth stayed shut for a while. Your father didn't tell you anything about your quirk, and you were sure he wanted to keep it that way.

After a silence, you finally open your mouth, "Father, can you tell me more about my quirk?" Your proud at the fact you actually confronted your father about your quirk.

"Sweetie, your quirk will come soon... there is nothing to worry about." Your father says, closing his laptop.

"Father, does my quirk come from the LOV...?"
