A girl bumps into multiple people as she passes by, splashing one of them with a puddle as they scold at the girl running off. She reaches out her hand to reach the bus as the doors close and the bus hisses at her and begins to drive off without her.

She sighs exhaustedly as someone shoves into her aggressively making her fall forward.

She caught herself from falling and turned wanting to yell at the person but then she remembered all the people she had bumped into. She had no room to talk.

The guy who had bumped into her had the same school uniform as her. She reaches over to her bag noticing her lunch wasn't there anymore- She turned to the ground as she found her lunch spilt all over the concrete sidewalk.

The boy hadn't noticed she was visibly irritated as he caught his breath and noticed her keychain that was hanging from her backpack.

"Nice keychain-" He said trying his best to form a smile but was too exhausted to do so.

She looked over at him irritated, giving him the side glance.

"Ah- what's wrong?" He asked.

"You pushed me and now my school lunch is all over the floor you moron-" She said in a pissed off tone.

"Oh- I'm sorry.." He said glancing at her name tag on her vest.

"It's Yua." She said crossing her arms.

"Well Yua, we might as well skip school since the bus went off without us-" He said with an annoyingly cheeky grin.

"Sorry- I don't skip school-" She said about to walk off.

"I'll buy you food" He said pulling out won from his pocket.

Yua now found herself eating tteokbokki with a stranger she had just met a couple minutes ago.

Anything for food I guess?

"I've never seen you around school before- are you new around here?" The boy suddenly asked.

Yua put her chopsticks down with a mouth full with food.

"I just moved to Busan from Kyoto" She said.

"Oh really? Your Korean is good" He said, trying his best to be nice for once.

"Well my dad's Korean so-" She said making him look dumb.

"I didn't know pigs were allowed on planes" He smiled.

"What's that supposed to mean-" She said looking up at him.

"Well you're eating like one right now-" He said.

"Geez- is everyone from here jerks?" She said growing irritated of the boy's company.

"Well not everyone..?" He said raising an eyebrow at her. "Aren't I the nicest person you've met so far?"
