Just for the record, I am not caught up with the actual series. However, I love the character and wanted to put my spin on him
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
~Your POV~
You walk out of your college writing class with a headache and a serious expression on your face. Deep in your thoughts, you don't even realize you almost ran into other people within the crowd. You are abruptly brought back to reality by your phone buzzing in your pocket. You reach for your phone and see that it's your closest friend "Rita" calling you.
"Hey (y/n)! Wanna grab some lunch with me? I'm heading over to our regular spot and figured that being the good friend that I am that I would invite you." asked Rita in her normal ecstatic voice.
"I'd love to, but I've gotta do this assignment to do for my class or I'm gonna flunk and have to retake it next semester."
"Dang bestie, what's your professor making you do? You sound really stressed about it."
You find a bench to sit on to try and compose yourself. "She has me going to a pro heroes agency and writing about the hero and their job as a pro. I'm supposed to head over to that hero "Hawks" here soon and I'm supposed to turn in my paper by Friday.
"OMG Bestie!!" screamed your friend through your phone. "If you can, can you please get me an autograph?? He's so handsome and I could literally die happy bestie."
While trying to regain your hearing in your left ear you let out a sign. "I'll see what I can do but no promises, I gotta have my priorities set."
you end your call with your friend and get up from your seat and slowly make your way over to Hawk's agency determined to do what you have to do to pass your class.
~A lovely and conveniently placed time skip~
You arrive at the agency and introduced yourself to the secretary at the desk and told them you had an appointment with Hawks. She looks at her computer to check and she raises from her chair and asks to follow her to his office.
Hawks POV
Hawks leans back in his chair as he looks at some papers, he was sent, to look over with an uninterested look on his face.
"Geez, this stuff never gets exciting does it. The joys of being a pro" Hawks says as he pinches his nose.
An unexpected knock comes from his office door which came with the voice of his secretary.
"Excuse me, sir, your next appointments here."
"Come in then." Hawks said unenthused.
The secretary came in with a (H/c) haired person wearing a (favorite color) flannel and pants.
At that moment it felt as though his heart skipped more than just a beat
Hawks leaned forward in his chair and put the papers down with a change in expression on his face. He had completely done a 180 with how he was just moments ago.
3rd person
You had introduced yourself to Hawks and told him about the paper you're writing about him. At first, he didn't say anything but then with a smirk on his face he finally spoke
"Well, I guess I can spare some time for you."
Although he couldn't explain it, Hawks felt as though he was trying to keep his cool with this complete stranger in front of him. As if he didn't want to scare them off for some reason.
"However," Hawks says as he interrupts your relieved expression. "Since I'm swamped here at my office, how about we work on your paper at my place. That way you can really dig deep for the good details."
You stand there taken slightly aback by the pro heroes last statement but seeing how it wouldn't really be an issue you accept his condition.
Hawks grins. "Glad to hear it, kid." Hawks states as he's trying to keep his cool. "You can hang out around here till I'm done with my work."
With that said, you take a seat and try to get comfortable and adjust to the eventful day you've had and will continue to have this evening.
