She's been contemplating about what she found out this morning; Y/n couldn't grasp the idea of Keisuke mistreating his friends. She may have known Keisuke only for a month but it was enough for her to trust that hurting his friends isn't something he will do. On the other hand, she doesn't want to label Chifuyu a liar. The best way to this is figuring out what the hell is going on.

Since this morning her head seemed to drift as she make assumptions and theories, she felt like thinking for another minute would make her head explode.

Her eyes widened slightly as she remembered that specific day when she called Chifuyu, but all he could do was grin back, and when he asked Keisuke what was up with Chifuyu, his face went serious.

Keisuke had told her a little about his problems the day before at the Musashi shrine, and it's possible that it has anything to do with what happened with Chifuyu.

"I need to save my friends, and in order to do that I've made a decision that's against my will."

Is beating his friend is what he meant by 'doing against his will'?

"I don't know what to do..." Y/n mumbled as she slight pulled her hair.

It was time for lunch, and Y/n was puzzled as to why Baji is nowhere to be found. There are no traces of Baji in every corner of the cafeteria. So she assumed she'd check some of the locations where Baji frequently visits to see if she'd find him there.

As she walk along the cemented path her feet and legs began to sore; she hadn't eaten anything since lunchtime began, and her sole concern was finding Keisuke.

While she was still walking straight, her shoulder was accidentally bumped, causing her to lose her balance. Fortunately, a man with black hair and yellow streaks gripped her hand, firmly supporting her weight and avoided her from any injuries.

"Careful," he said as he helped her regain her balance.

Judging from the clothes he was wearing she could tell that he's not a student of this school. In addition, considering that she's the student council president she is familiar with students here.

"Thank you,"

The latter smiled, she could see how his eyes began to roam around her figure. "Do you perhaps know a man named Hanagaki?"

It took a while for Y/n to respond but hearing one her schoolmate's familiar name made her nod.

"He's a 2nd year in class 3." She answered. The man infront of her smiled and tapped her shoulder, "Thanks pretty!"

Y/n remained perplexed as she stared at the man's fading shape. The man's aura was strange and unsettling to her. She shrugged her shoulder and decided to end her search for Baji, maybe he attended something important.

But he could've at least told me.

The day ended without a single interaction with Baji. She's inside her large room, sitting on her chair, doing school work, however she couldn't seem to concentrate. Today was very emotionally and mentally draining, she wished that Baji would magically appear infront of her to make her day better.

The sound of an engine disturbed her thoughts as she stared closely at the lampshade in front of her. With the familiar sound of the engine, her brows wrinkled.

She walked up to her window and swept the curtains aside to check the source of the noise. Baji's motorcycle came into view, and her eyes squinted as she wondered what he was doing here.

Did the gods hear her supplications? She rushed to her bed, wearing her indoor slippers and a big coat to conceal her nightdress.

She walked up to her vanity mirror and applied lip balm to her lips to check her appearance. She dashed to the door and flung it open, going quickly yet quietly enough that her footsteps weren't audible.

She fixed her hair and coat as she approached the front door before cautiously opening it.

What she saw next, though, was unexpected and something she never expected to see.

In front of her is Ayaka and Baji, with their lips connected.

Her smile faded as she tried to make sense of what was going on.

Her heart was in agony, she wanted to do anything to stop it, though she had no idea how.

She could see Baji's hand pushing Ayaka's figure, and when Ayaka gently opened her eyes, she was taken aback by Y/n's stern expression.

She'd never seen her with such look on her face before.

"Y/n." Hearing Keisuke's voice was comforting at the same time painful.

Y/n stared at her sister who was obviously scared of what was about to happen. Ayaka's eyes were avoiding Y/n's death stares

Pain is an understatement of what she felt, as the two of the most important people in her life betrayed her
