Chapter 7

Author's POV:

Though they had decided to stop that overwhelming emotions destiny had some cruel plans for them and every event every incident in their lives ended up getting them together...

They would stop talking for months then something would happen and they had to meet again and their bond grew stronger than before

It was like fate giving false hopes to them...

And one such incident was...

For the sake of her parents, Roohi had gathered lots of courage and accepted to get married

The guy was less educated than her...
His family liked her...
She didn't meet the guy but it was half confirmed by all the four parents

Her parents liked him because he had a government job and Roohi had no choice other than saying yes...

She had accepted her cruel fate...

And with a defeated heart she got dressed up and prepared herself  but then the other party suddenly calls and rejects saying "We don't want an educated girl"

Pissed off by their irresponsible behaviour she got back to her work and the heart that went dull beamed up when the nickname lit up the screen...

He insisted to drop her at the bus stop post finishing her work...

She was in a dilemma again...

She wanted to share it with him...

Her mind had unaccountable questions...

Finally, after arguing for a while she said Yes...

And during the journey from her workplace to the bus stop all the time she gathered a pile of words but those words couldn't roll out her tongue

She wanted to ask...

What is fate trying to tell me??
What is fate exactly planning??

His departure and your arrival...
What kind of signs fate is giving me??

I am tired Dumbo...

And as said fate kept serving them with twists and turns...

"I am getting connected to you so badly...the things that I didn't want to happen in my life are like being forced to happen...

I thought time will eventually fade our bond but it's not happening...instead, it's like time is making us crave more

Right now we are so deeply connected...

Like-

"Even if we are miles apart we feel each other's presence next to us when we talk" she knew his words

Though they felt their connection was strong again fate had always something ugly served in their plates...

He was back from Amravathi for a few holidays and post attending their friend's reception it was friends plan to watch a movie together

And at the reception, she met his sister with whom she shared a good bond scolded her saying "it's been a month I have come back home but you haven't come to see the baby"

She felt guilty and decided to visit the baby on the next day itself...

She visited his house and met the baby...

As Roohi shared a good healthy bond with his family...his mother simply said something that shattered her for the second time...

"Let's get Meet and Shivani married"
