The clicking of keys filled the room as (Y/n) sent in application after application for jobs. College wasn't going to pay for itself, and being 16 when she graduated could only get her so far. Abandoned physics homework loomed over her and she was about to give up for the night when something caught her eye.

A tutor for a first-year high school class at UA high school is needed.

'Score'

She sent in her application eagerly, hoping it wasn't too late. If it wasn't, she was in luck; her resume was quite impressive.

Graduating early from high school and already in college by age 16, there was nothing casual about it. She smiled and ended her search after many hours, finally relenting and working on the pile of homework and studying that had accumulated that day from classes.

"We have the first round of applicants, and I found the most interesting one of the batch."

Principal Nezu was delighted to find out that a 16-year-old had applied. He was afraid that the students wouldn't get along with someone older, so a teenager was a perfect fit.

"She has the proper education we're looking for and is available for the hours we need."

"So you're not even going to look at the other applicants?"

Mr. Aizawa, in all his tired glory, was monotone as always. The only reason he was talking about it was because they needed a tutor for his class. The first test had finally been graded, and while there were strengths in the class, there were also many, many weaknesses. It only being the second week of classes in the second semester, as well as the haphazardly studied material so far in the year, meant that Aizawa wanted to nip any academic problems in the bud so they could focus on hero training.

"Nope, because get this..."

Aizawa lifted his head to pay more attention, even though he was still dead tired.

"She went to a STEM high school and linked her senior research paper."

He opened the link to the 83-page document where he nearly skimmed the work she had done relating to organic circuits. To the untrained eye, it looked impressive, but Nezu was fascinated by her study.

"So, what does this have to do with anything?"

"Well, we could also hire her as a researcher, or someone who can help out in the support classrooms as well." She could help the students understand the limits of their quirk more scientifically. It could be very helpful. "

Aizawa was intrigued by the proposition.

"So they wouldn't need to learn the old fashion way any more." Recovery girl would definitely be pleased by that. From a biological standpoint, knowing how their quirks work

could be very useful in their development. They probably only know the basics of how they operate and the limits they have based on physical stamina alone.

"Will she even agree to this?"

"She's a scientist, I doubt she won't."
