Is it real? (Ron Weasley x reader)

First day

I woke up to the noise of birds rustling around on the extension roof of my house they are extremely loud, I groaned and woke up and checked my clock to see it was 11 a.m. "oh no sh*t I was supposed to wake at 10 I have to leave in a half an hour" I thought to myself as I ran to put on my outfit for the day

I put on blue jeans and with a plain red sweater it was nothing special because I didn't have time I quickly did my hair and ran down the stairs.

My mom laughs "good morning sleepy head"
"Haha very funny mom why didn't you wake me"
She didn't even reply just handed me pancakes and walked off
I ate the Nutella pancakes and drank green tea
Avery walked down stairs with her stupid smug smile plastered on her face
"Morning y/n what kept you asleep so long huh"
"Oh shove off Avery"

After all this, we ended up going to the car where my father put all the luggage in the trunk of the car.
We didn't live a long distance from the station just twenty minutes away the drive wasn't too eventful in addition to Avery making stupid comments from time to time.

When we got to the train station I gave my parents a hug and said my goodbyes Avery's goodbye was a bit more dramatic as it was her first year at Hogwarts but my parents assured her she would live

I got on the train and brought Avery and told her to sit down with the first years who were sitting in the carriage we passed as I was looking for a free carriage I saw my friend with fiery red hair Ron Weasley he waved at me to come in and sit with him so I did just that and he got up and hugged me and we said our hellos and all that

We sat and talked about nothing and everything
Me and Ron have been friends since first year and have always been very close so there was never any awkward conversations between us
In all honesty, most people think we'll end up together, but I think we're just friends.

As I stared out the carriage door, watching the people pass I seen someone I'd love everyone to think we will end up together Cedric Diggory, he was so dreamy but every girl wanted him I had no chance

Ron snapped his fingers abruptly in my face "you look like a total dork y/l/n"
I rolled my eyes " and why is that Ronald"
"Because you're staring at Diggory with the biggest and stupidest smile of all time"
I rolled my eyes and we both laughed

All of a sudden a very loud laugh walked into our carriage it was Hermione and Harry our other best friends who I loved so dearly
I jumped up and gave Hermione the biggest hug
"I missed you so much Mione"
Harry coughed loudly
"What about my hug y/n/n"
I laugh "what makes you think your getting a hug potter"
He grabs onto me and gives me the biggest hug

We all talked and laughed for the long train ride to Hogwarts when we were about 10 minutes away I went to the bathroom and slipped my robes on over my outfit and as I left the bathroom Malfoy and all his friends came up to me
"You know y/l/n you've gotten better looking over the summer"
I laugh and walk away.
"Don't dare to ignore me y/l/n."
I didn't stop walking.

When we got of the train we got in the carriages and headed up to the sorting ceremony and watched as the first years got sorted which was always boring but I had to watch out for my sister so I could find out which house she got sorted into

My sister got sorted into Gryffindor I was very proud of her she came over to me I gave her a big hug and she then sat down with her friends she made on the train

After that long day I headed up to my dorm which I shared with Hermione,Ginny and lavender

I went straight to sleep as I was so exhausted

Hey hope you guys enjoyed that I know it wasn't that interesting but they will get more interesting I just needed to do a base chapter
