Aries Hopper was a simple girl focusing on her school work and herself, very quiet and reserved. The only people she was open with was her two best friends Jonathan Byers and Esme Lana. The two have been a group since the 6th grade when Jonathan and Aries approached Esme who was sitting alone at a lunch table. Jonathan and Aries have been friends for long their siblings are best friends which meant she was always around. Aries found it insanely hard to make friends she just wasn't capable of opening up. She was a very awkward when it came to meeting new people. She didn't like trusting anyone beyond her reach after what Steve Harrington her best friend since 1st grade had done to her freshman year. It's clear to say the two were no longer friends. Just cold glances and snarky comments.
