Let's start with the obvious ones Vulpix and ninetales there are some pokemon related on the kitsune which are foxes the word kitsune means fox it doesn't mean 9-tailed fox or some people on the internet have said. Like I said it means fox but in Japanese folklore the fox is no ordinary animal they have powers there's nothing they like better than to use those powers to trick humans they can shapeshift into human form and seduce you they can perform illusions their shenanigans range from tricking you into shaving your head which is a harmless thing todo into sucking the life out off you, a wonderful thing-I mean horrible how can you tell how powerful they are by counting its tails more tail equals more power they grow a tail every year or so I think it can have up to 9  tails a 9-tailed fox lives up to 1000 years. You can argue that all fox pokemon are based on kitsune so I wont list all of them but I'll talk about some ah the classic vulpix and ninetails they were a luxury in my days(not really) vulpix has 6 tails and well nine tails you guessed 9 tails zorua and zoroark are also foxes and they can also can cast illusion like the kitsune when zorua transforms into human you can see the tail kitsunes have trouble hiding there tails so if you  suspect someone is a kitsune just stare at their ass.(don't actually do that)
