Backstory: He was attacked by a Gyarados but was saved by a trainer, he is not caught by them though and went off on his own. (This is the same Tox as in my book but different Universe), he was later elected a leader of a group of pokemon.
Other Info: His abilited is Punk Rock and when he plays music it can cause temporary deafness or make you deaf permanently.
