What now?

I walked downstairs to see Diane and Phill standing together.

"Hey m-ah-mom and dad." I had to choke the last part out because for all I knew I could have been kidnapped.

Me buying there BS story is the real problem.

"You okay honey? You seem nervous"

"Yes I am fine I am off to Veronica's."

I took my purse and money and opened the door before quickly slamming it. I ran to Veronica's house in fear that I could explode.

I knocked on her door and her mom quickly opened it "Hey Mrs. Perez is Veronica home?"

"Yes! She told me what happened, I am making Chinese food in the kitchen it will be ready in a little bit. Why don't you go find Veronica?"

"I will thank you!" I quickly hugged Veronica's mom Ashley before going to their kitchen. I'm five years of knowing her I have realized she lives in the kitchen.

"Hey Alessia what-s wrong?"

"Quickly follow me we need to go where no one can hear what I am about to tell you."

I grabbed her hand pulling her to her backyard.

I decided that wasn't good enough so I pulled Veronica into the green house that held all of her moms floral plants.

"What's wrong?"

"My parents may not be who they say they are"

"Wait WHAT?"

"Shush!" I slammed my hand to quickly shut Veronica's mouth before anyone heard.

"The green house isn't sound proof I found out before I came to here"

"Okay fill me in"

"I walked down on the them talking. They were saying the dna test is going to reveal who I am related to and how they are not my parents."

I told Veronica I he rest of the story like the hair dye and all the other things.

Veronica's mouth fell open in astonishment.

"What are you going to do?"

"Wait for that Dna test-" I quickly noticed Mrs.Perez coming.

"Your mom is here not a word we all could be in danger if you say something."

"Hey girls dinner is ready!"

"Okay thank you Mrs.Perez" her mom left the green house and we quickly followed not long after.

Dinner was lovely but the level of nervous I was for tomorrow was beyond the size of the earth.

I went back to my home and did my normal routine except I started packing for my trip in Italy.

Something told me if I go to Italy I am going to find my real parents.

I went to bed in anticipation for the dna test in the morning and Italy coming the next day after.

I spared no time being late and hopped on the bus. "Hey V! What food do you have left over in your backpack?" I sat down by Veronica.

"Nothing you ready for biology?"

"Nope but worse happens-" I leaned into Veronica's ear "If my family is apart of some crime thing I will place you on a no harm list."

"Gee thanks" I laughed as I leaned away from Veronica's ear.

"At least you'll be protected while I will be thrown right into the face of it!" I smacked my palm to my head.

Soon the bus came to a stop and I was counting the minutes to biology.
