At dinner
'I had an interesting dream last night.' Jane said.
'Do tell.' Joe replied.
'I was a princess in a tall tower, waiting for my prince to come rescue me. Then he eventually did show up, and he had no idea what he was doing! (chuckle). Flailing his sword every which way, stumbling in all directions, it was so funny. He also looked pretty cute.'
Joe looked impressed. 'Did he ever get you out?'
'No. I woke up before he could try. Though, he did look a bit like you.'
'Really? Well, that's definitely something.'
'I thought so too. Not that it means that I think you're a silly goof, dreams can be weird sometimes.' Jane said.
'I get what you mean. Some nights, I dream about you being a nervous bad lady at yhe grocery store, and I don't think much of it.' Joe replied without batting an eye.
'You do? How silly do I look in those dreams?'
'Pretty silly!'
They both shared a cute laugh over their silly dreams.
