BROOKE FELT SLIGHTLY USELESS AS
the girls trekked all of Hanna's stuff from Spencer's car into the living room. She only had one working arm to help carry stuff in, ruling out all of the heavy items and anything that required two hands to hold. No matter how many times Aria insisted that she didn't need to help, she tried anyway, getting frustrated with how little she was able to do.

The brunette had tried to change her bed sheets alone the night previous and it had taken Mike all of two and a half minutes before he took over, laughing at her frustration, although he felt undeniably sick at the idea of her getting hurt. He just wanted to help, it made him feel better and hopefully sped up the healing process for her too.

Between him, Mason and the girls, she was starting to understand that she needed to take it easy. Which was not part of her nature.

With Hanna being wheelchair ridden, the pair fluttered around the room as much as they could to help, although the blonde had spent most of the girls visit piddling with the sticker on her cast. The one covering the unnerving message from their cyber stalker, apologising for taking their anger out on the blonde. Brooke was waiting for her apology that claimed she was 'collateral damage.'

"Stop, you're only going to make yourself feel worse." Brooke scalded, slapping at the blondes fiddling fingers with her good hand, attempting to stop her from antagonising over the writing on her leg. The Bentley girl gently pressed the sticker back down so that it was once again covering the ink.

Hanna glared slightly at her friend, "I'm not." She insisted, crossing her arms over her chest and slumping back in her chair. "I'm trying to keep it on. I don't wanna see the autograph under it." She spoke bitterly, it was as if she was lugging a piece of A around with her.

Spencer sighed again as she walked back around the island to reach for the cupboard by the fridge, a stack of clean dishes from the dishwasher in hand. "We can get you another sticker." She suggested, glancing at Emily when she looked at the bright yellow sticker with Humpty dumpty on it that covered half of her cast.

The Montgomery girl beside the Hastings nodded, drying the bowl she had just washed with a hand towel and nodding beside her friend. "This time, why don't you try something mellower, like 'save the planet'?" She suggested, also looking at the sticker with distaste.

Emily who was setting the table and glaring at the group for criticising her choice in stickers. "There were not a lot of choices, okay? It was either Humpty Dumpty or "Jesus is coming, look busy."" She explained, throwing her hand in the direction of the sticker which was barely stuck to Hannah's leg anymore, revealing a glimpse of the red underneath it.

Hannah got sick of it not sitting right and pulled it off, slapping her hands over her eyes and rubbing down her face when she saw the note. "Oh, God, it's still there." She sighed, looking away.

"Hanna." Aria sighed, placing a bowl in the cupboard.

Spencer dropped her kitchen towel and walked over to the girl who wanted to peel her cast off. "Hanna, don't, okay? Don't look at that." She insisted, taking the sticker out of the girls hand a grabbing some tape from the draw and placing it onto the side to keep it stuck down. It was better than seeing As latest threat.

"Just look around you. Because you're safe, you're home and you're alive." Emily rubbed the girls shoulder softly on the way past to get more plates for the table.

Hannah scoffed, picking at the pink polish on her nails. "Yeah, well, I thought I was safe in my hospital room too." She grumbled. "Now, what's going on with Noel Kahn? Is he A?" She asked but none of the girls answered her and so she turned to Brooke who was visibly ignoring her. "Have you talked to him?" She asked, wheeling herself over to where the brunette was filling the fridge.
