It was 3 in the morning when levi woke up to an alarm blaring in his ears. He groaned loudly. He then felt a large weight shuffle across the bed to turn it off "its too early" he groaned. Ewrin then sat up, rubbed his eyes "I have work Levi" the smaller male stared daggers at him. Before turning around and grabbing a pillow to cuddle. He heard the older man sigh before then feeling a light weight attach to him "why so early" he groaned. Levi then felt a small push to take the small one off of him. The raven haired felt a little offended and upset by Erwins actions, but quickly hid his face. He could hear the blonde move around getting dressed. Doing his morning routine for work. Ewrin was a doctor and had to get up ridiculously early. Levi had started to notice how the blonde had been growing distant from him.

Levi started to think that Erwin didn't love him when the morning kisses and cuddles had stopped. Erwin always had a blank expression, his eyes once filled with love and lust only for levi. It all stopped now he looked at Levi with a dull and bored expression. Just before Erwin left "I'll be late tonight. Don't wait up for me" levi did his little Tch as Erwin shut the door. 'What the hell was happening to him?' Levi thought. He was tired of Ewrin growing distant and the shameful way when Erwins eye peirced through him. It was overwhelming for the smaller male. It hurt levi, he constantly felt his heart shatter. Erwin hadn't found out that Levi was self harming. He was good at hiding it, but, at this point Levi thought that Erwin wouldn't give a shit if Levi told him. The small raven haired male soon fell back to sleep.

Levi woke up his eyes burned at the sudden light outside. Even though it was grey and dull. Levi wasn't the best in the mornings. He looked over at the time which read "08:47am" god it was still to early. But he wanted the house cleaned to perfection so maybe Erwin could see the effort Levi was making. The male shot out of bed when he felt the sudden urge to throw up. He darted across the room finally making it to the bathroom when the sound of gags qnd coughs could be heard. 'Disgusting' he thought to himself. Once he had finished he say up and then rummaged himself to the sink to wash his hands then brush his teeth atleast 3 times to get the awful taste out of his mouth. He looked in the mirror. His hair was a mess all over the place and the bags under his eyes seemed to get worse. His eyes look grey and dull. This was normal. He stretched before going into his room to grab some cloths then make his way downstairs. He didn't feel far tea or breakfast. His stomach swirled at the thought of food or drink.

Levi immediately grabbed his cleaning tools and then began to clean starting with the kitchen. Washing dishes, drying and the putting away, cleaning the cupboards, table, chairs, floor, washing clothes. He did this for 2 hours until the kitchen was sparkling. He moved into the Living room before spending another hour in there. Once he was finished the entire house. He was quite happy with the work he had put into it. But there was something still missing. Ah! How could he forget. It was his and Erwins 5 year anniversary today and levi quickly made his way upstairs to grab all the gifts and special things that he had prepared for his husband. He laid them neatly on the sofa with clean presents no crumples. Everything had to be perfect. He placed them all neatly where they all fit into place like a puzzle. He then looked at the time and it read "07:19pm" he sighs "Erwin should have come off work by now" then he remembered what his husband told him. He decided to go to the hospital just to check. An eerie feeling began to flood his thoughts. He grabbed a hoodie. Erwins hoodie which was way too big for him. He chucked on his shoes before leaving the house.

It was cold outside. Half way to the hospital he had started to regret coming out in shorts. But he managed. On his journey he looked up to the sky 'It's supposed to snow buckets this week' the younger male thought to himself. When he finally arrived to the hospital he opened the doors and made his way to the front desk. He quickly chucked the hood over his head. It was too noisy,  too crowded. Levi had suffered with social anxiety for a while. But this wasn't about him, it was about his husband so he had no problem sucking in his fears to check on him. "Hello sir, how may I help you this fine Evening!" The burnette girl asked him with a smile on her face "uh I'm looking for Dr Smith. Erwin Smith" she looked at him confused "Sorry but. Mr Smith left well over an hour ago" his heart sank qnd his eyes widened. The girl looked at him even more confused "Everything okay sir?" She asked. Levi snapped out of before looking at her "y-yes, by any chance do you know where he went?" She sighed "I'm pretty sure he left with our surgeon Mr zacharias. Miche Zacharias" levi felt as he was going to cry 'that jumbo bastard. But why would he lie?' Levi sighed again deeply "thanks" he said plainly before retreating to the outside world. He began to walk to Miche's house, trying to think calmly but nothing would ease his mind.

Levi's head ran wild with solutions but all of them lead to Erwin cheating 'no' he thought 'Erwin wouldn't throw away 5 years, he wouldnt' Levi's heart paced faster and faster before breaking into a cold sweat. He ran as fast as he could to Mike's house. He didn't bother knocking but before he entered he decided to be silent. He opened the door quietly before entering. Levi looked over at the small table which had empty wine glasses with a little red liquid at the bottom of them. Empty plates and dirty cutlery 'they had dinner?' Levi thought as he then crept his way upstairs. He stood infront of Mike's room and just as he was about to enter he heard moans. And thumping 'this wasn't right. He wouldn't cheat on me, right' he had to open the door thats all he had to do. His  chest was about to burst his body trembling. He took a deep breath before grabbing the handling and yanking it forward as hard as he could and what he saw next shattered him into a million unfixable pieces.

Miche and Erwins faces both darted to the figure in the door way. Levi looked over at them. Miche was on top of Erwin. They were both ass naked. Erwins hand was on Miche's waist and his other on the crook of Miche's neck. And well Miche's hands were either side of Erwins face. As soon as Levi fully processed what was happening he slammed the door shut and pelted it down the stairs "LEVI!" A shout came and Levi ignored it whilst tears flushed his delicate face. He walked out the front door slamming hard. He heard a nail drop so he fucked the door up. He then began running. He ran down the street when his limbs grew tired he collapsed against a wall tears completely drenching his face 'how could he?' A loud breath in and out panting ' WHY?' He screamed inside. He then heard 2 tyres screech, making Levi's head turn quickly to the sound.  Erwin and Miche then pulled up beside him. Levi ignored them and broke into a speed walk. Snow flakes began to fall as the raven haired heard 2 car doors slam shut. Erwin grabbed Levis arm his eyes laced with sorrow qnd regret "baby please!" He babbled. Levi punched his husband hard in the stomach and walked back "You fucking traitor!!" He yelled at him. Miche quickly ran to Erwin helping him stand from the massive blow he just got.

"Levi please I-I'm so sorry!" He begged "so this is why you were growing distant you cunt!" Levi sobbed a little before adding "You were sleeping with this jumbo bitch" he aggressively pointed towards Mike. They both looked ashamed of themselves "Levi please" Erwin tried. "Don't bother twat!" He frowned at him. Levi went to walk off but quickly turned back yanking Erwins hoodie off of his small body and aggressively throwing it at Erwin who now had tears in his eyes. Levi them ran off. He knew where to go. Where he needed to go.

Once he arrived at the door. He was greeted by a bright smile which turned to sorrow once taking a look at Levi "eh? Levi what's wrong why are you crying" his body shook violently. Snow was falling heavily he looked up to the worried burnette.
