Broken trust

A new beginning

"This is where I'm going to die" he whispered under his breath.

Levi's vision was blurry but he began to get back to his senses, the faint yells woke him a little. It didn't make sense. He was cold, no, freezing. He felt like cold was all around him, he realised that no breath was coming out of him. He was surrounded by water. It flashed him, Nile throwing him. He's in the lake. It was cold, he had to swim up but his body refused to move an inch as he was slowly sinking down. He could see something, an arm maybe? And 2 blurry figures "I CANT FIND HIM!" A faint yell could be heard above him, he looked up. 'What's the point' Levi said unbothered that he was running out of time. A flash back of Erwin cheating and growing distant darkened his thoughts making it impossible to find the energy to grab the hand. Levi was good at holding his breath but even now he was struggling.

He looked down at his pained and aching body, blood slowly floated up and Levi seemed mesmerised by it "LEVI! LEVI PLEASE, WHERE ARE YOU!" He could still see the hand flailing around. But he turned his attention to the floating blood. His vision began to go but suddenly "GET UP!" A familiar voice yelled threw his thoughts, his eyes widened. "Big bro please you have to get up!" Levi was stunned. 'Isabelle?' He thought "Levi get up for god sake your going to die!" Levis thoughts were empty "Farlan" he seemed relaxed, he closed his eyes, allowing himself to be taken by the ice cold water, "LEVI GET THE HELL UP!" A woman's voice boomed through him. He was awake, it's like he was in some sort of trance but he knew it was now or never he choked. He couldn't breath, he desperately looked up still seeing the flailing arm and muffled shout. He desperately swam up and grabbed the mysterious hand tightly. "GOT HIM!" He heard a yell. Levi was suddenly pulled up and out of the cold waters.

He choked, gasping desperate for air, it felt like his lungs got smaller and it made it hard for him to breath. "Levi!" He heard and then suddenly he began to violently cough up water. He sat up wrapping his arms around his body but he then felt warmth around him his body still limp for the abuse he'd taken. He looked up to see a very worried Erwin and Miche "Oh Levi!" Erwin said before pulling Levi into his arms, Miche doing the same. They all sat there, in silence. Levi managed to recover some of his strength and he then felt tears flood his eyes "why?" His voice broke "what did I do wrong?" Levi allowed himself to cry "I am so sorry" Erwin said guiltily  whilst hoding Levi tighter. After a couple minutes Levi pulled back and the 2 other males did the same.

"I hate-" and before Levi could say anything else still with tears in his eyes, Erwin kissed him. The raven haired was shocked but he hadn't felt this kind of feeling from Erwin in a very long time. He missed it, he didn't want to be mad at Erwin but what he did was unforgiveable. Levi was mixed feeling but right now his husband was kissing him. And he liked it, Levi kissed back and Erwin placed his right hand on the back of Levi's neck and the other rested comftably on his thigh. Levi sat up to kiss Erwin better, deepening it and Erwin changed his hand and placed it on his hip, whilst Levi wrapped both arms around the blonde's neck. Once that had finished Levi just hugged him. And the blonde did the same with no complaints.

When Levi sat back down he felt himself being pulled, he spun his head round and Miche kissed him. Levi's eyes opened wide in shock. He had never kissed Miche before, he was warm and the kiss was rough. But Levi ended up giving in and let Miche kiss and hold him. Once Miche had pulled away Levi felt as if he were still dreaming. The shorter male male rested his head calmly on Miche's shoulder and cuddled up to the larger male. Levi acted as if nothing had ever happened "so...what happens now?" Levi asked curiously. It didn't take Erwin long to say his answer "Levi date both of us" Levi's head shot up.

"Eh, what do you mean?" A small smile crept across his face "I feel bad about what I did and I don't know why I did it but If you could forgive me, if that is. I'd like to be in a relationship with the both of you" the shorter male was stunned at erwins proposal to this new relationship but he thought about it and agreed aslong as him and Miche didn't ditch him out of the relationship. Both males agreed happily and they're faces lit up and attack Levi with cuddles "ah not too hard dumbasses I'm still hurt ya know" Levi groaned. They all returned home and as soon as they did. Levi noticed that the gifts were gone. He didn't think much of it, Levi knew Erwin wouldn't have thrown them away but he noticed one gift he bought for his husband was hanging on the wall. It was a painting of Erwins favourite artist. Levi couldn't help but smile a little.

"Sit down" Erwin insisted, Levi was too tired to say anything so he did as he was told. After a while Erwin had fixed Levi up as he was a doctor he was good at these things. Miche on the other hand was better at dealing with surgeries and all the gory stuff he did. Levi yawned and laid down on the couch closing his eyes. Suddenly he felt himself being lifted "ugh I can walk myself up the stairs thank you very much" he protested but Miche had no intention of putting him down and Levi had no intention of fighting him. He allowed himself to be carried up the stairs and Erwin following close behind. Once they entered the bedroom Miche undressed Levi and left him in his boxers, Levi then snuggled up under the duvet and closed his eyes wanting To stay awake to wait for the larger males to get undressed and into bed.

Erwin and Miche jumped into bed and Miche being behind Levi and he spooned him, Whilst Erwin was in front  he cuddled closer to the raven haired and wrapped his arm around Miches waist and over Levi, Erwin placed a kiss on Miche's forehead before doing the same to Levi, and they all began to fall asleep.
