Breath of Fresh Air

No one POV:
Shin and Lena were finally at the city they needed to kill the noble. Lena started to look nervous half way through the ride, Shin noticed, of course, but didn't say anything. It wasn't his place to, anyway. Through. He was getting slightly nervous that she would back down, so he came all the way out here for nothing. If that happens, he'd probably kill Lena, too.
When they got off the carriage they were on, Lena smiled brightly. "Why are you smiling?" Lena looked at Shin when he said that. "It just feels nice, y'know? Being in a different place then you were originally born." Shin didn't know how to respond. He had been in so many different places for missions and assignments, the feeling was foreign to him. Though, he was kind of happy to see her smiling after her father had passed. They were really close, he knew.
"How will we find him? Do you have a plan?" Shin looked at Lena with an unimpressed look. "First we have to find a way to get close, which might take a day or two." Lena looked surprised then walked in front of Shin, stopping him. "Why would it take so long just to figure out how to get close?!" Shin rolled his eyes and walked around her. "He's a high ranked noble, Lena. He probably has a lot of people around him often, which means we have to find an event he will be at and figure out how to get him by himself." Lena sighed silently then nodded slowly.
"Shin!! Guess what!?" Lena was running toward a sleepy Shin at 5 in the morning, smiling. "What the hell do you want at 5 in the morning?" Lena shoved a news paper in Shins face. "Hens worth is holding an event in 2 days. If we get an invitation, we can attend right?" Shin looked at her, then nodded sleepily, pouring a cup of coffee. He usually wakes up pretty early, but last night he couldn't sleep because Lena wanted to go shopping.
Time skip~~~ Next day 12:00 pm
Shin was walking around, alone, looking for somewhere to buy clothes for the event. It was a romantic, couples event, for Hemsworth and his new wife. He wanted to celebrate his new lover by shoving her face in the public. 'He really knows how to make a scene. And for some weird girl with a pretty face. Stupid.' Shin didn't understand. He never had romantic feelings towards girls, he knew if they looked good or if they had an appealing body, but he never felt emotional or romantic attraction to one. He once got called weird by his acquaintance in a bar one time.
He passed by a store that had a suit that was expensive, but had good clothes. 'It looks like a store a noble would buy from. Let's go in.' He walked into the shop with his usual smile. "Hello, sir, is there something we can do for you?" The workers who walked towards him, said, with a smile. "Hello, I would like to buy some formal attire for me and my... wife, please. It is for a special event." They nodded and brung him into a back room. "Please stand there so we can check your size.
After they checked Shins size and he told them Lena's, they left him in the room he was in originally and went to look for a dress for them.  Shin stole money from them while they weren't looking, so he had just enough to buy their outfits. Shin had checked the prices of their clothes, and the most expensive was just a few coins under what he had.
When Shin left the store, he felt as if he was being watched, and by how his life had been recently, he didn't doubt it.
He walked into an alley, and immediately was pushed against a wall. 'What is with me and getting pinned lately?' He looked up and saw a muscular man with a bottle of liquor in his hand. 'A drunk who doesn't know what he's getting into...' Shin smirked and pushed the man into the other wall. He grabbed the dagger that was in his pants, and held it to the man's throat. "Hey, babe, I'm new in this town, I was wondering if you could give me a few dollars? It would be a big help." The man looked at Shin, slightly scared, but held his ground. "H-hell no! Why would I do that for a little bitch like you?" Shin sighed and swiftly sliced the neck of the man, making his cough and choke on the blood that was dripping out of his mouth.
Shin searched there man and found about $100 on him. Wasn't a lot, but it was something. Shin couldn't be picky in a situation like this, he had a limited amount of time until he had to go back to the mansion. A little more than a week now. It took 5 days to get here, he wasted a day getting a place to stay, and now he has to wait two days till he could even get a good look at the guy he needed to kill.
When Shin got back home, he saw that Lena had fallen asleep on the desk, looking for more details of Hemsworth. "You're really overworking yourself, Lena. You can take as many breaks as you need. I'm doing the killing anyway." Shin have a small, sad smile, while looking at the sleeping girl.
Time skip~~~ Two days later
Lena was running around the room, embarrassed about her outfit. It was a red dress that had a bare back, going all the way down to just above her ass. Shin was laughing his ass of, gripping a wall near him, trying to keep his balance. "And you! Why did the shirt you wear have to have a crop top!? You're gonna get so much unwanted attention!" Shin sighed and looked away. "One, the family we are portraying are known for their inappropriate attire. Two, my body type looks absolutely amazing in this outfit." Lena sighed and walked over to Shin. "Fine. Let's get this over with." Shin nodded and followed after her.
