As soon as I got in my house I ran up the stairs and plugged my iPod into my speakers and played my music loud. I was dancing on my bed and jumping on my bed and I can't believe I met such an amazing guy! I didn't bother making myself look better because if this dude wants me he'll have to expect me for who I am. I messaged my two best friends that lived in Miama - Jess and Megan. I tell them everything and anything. I told them I may not be able to reply as Vic was coming round soon. I then got a text from an unknown number. "I'm outside😄" "who's this" I replied "Vic, I got your number out of your phone at lunch""Oh hey just come right in."
I heard footsteps coming up the stairs and a quiet knock on the door. I turned down the music slightly so we could actually talk, and told him to come in. He put his hand up looking cute and awkward, so I asked if he wanted a drink and he just wanted anything. So I asked if a cola slush or was okay. "okay? Blinking hell thats awesome! Thanks!" He answered with a smile.
"We'll get comfy and I'll bring it up"

As I was making the drinks I began to sing one of my songs I had written. Then I felt a pair of hands on my waist. "You're really good at singing. And is that an original?" He asked
"Thanks. And yeah it a bit sketchy but it was just a bit of fun" I said whilst turning around. "Here's your drink anyway" I passed him his drink and made my way upstairs. We both sat on the bed awkwardly until he piped up "Not being rude, but why aren't you're parents here?"
"Oh well, they left me 7 years ago, when I was 9, because I became a burden when my mom got pregnant again"
"Shit I'm sorry!" He said whilst hugging me "so do you live here alone, for all that time?" He continued.
"Yeah that's why I don't talk to anyone at school." I said whilst turning to face the wall with my head in my hands and began to cry.
"Well I'm here whenever you need me Zoe! I can stay aslong or as little as you want" he said whilst putting his arm around me. I put my head on his shoulder. And he leaned back onto the head rest and pulled me back so I was leaning on his chest. Where we fell asleep watching a film. I woke up to Vic going to the toilet. As he walked back in, I asked him what time it was
"01:39 why don't you go back to sleep."
" I can't I'm awake now" I said yawning
"Are you sure? And you're cute when youre sleeping."
"How do you know??"
"I stayed awake after you had you're first nightmare to comfort you"
I crawled across the bed until I could reach him for a hug.
"You skate?" I asked
"Yeah, why?" He questioned.
"I got tones of skateboards downstairs that I've collected over the years and we could go to the skate park down the road? If you wanted I mean?"
He nodded, so I lead him down to the basement. I told him to pick one so he picked the one with the skull across the bottom
"Nice choice" I said.
As we headed down to the skate parks drunks were coming up to me and Vic was pushing them away. A little way down the road I tripped up due to my shoe lace, so I bent down to tie it up. Then along came the drunk and pushed me to the ground. "Get off of her!" Vic screamed. I was trying to kick this guy off. The drunk smashed my head against the ground just as Vic pulled him off me.

I hear a faint voice calling my name. It was Vic, I opened my eyes and there was an agonising pain in my head. I went to hold where the pain was but there was blood. This is when I began to panic. "Don't worry, it's nothing serious don't worry. I had to wait for you to wake up before I could get you home." He picked me up and I hobbled along as he sang one of his songs to me. It was soothing yet catchy and I wanted to dance. I threw up. Vic grabbed me again before I fell over. And held my hair back and waited for me to finish throwing my lungs up.
Once we got home I wanted a bath but didn't want Vic to leave. He said he'll wait in the bedroom but I didn't want that either. I told him I have some swimming suits and a large tub in my parents old ensuite. So he agreed. We got changed and I ran the bath.
