📚 Timeline and How it Works

— TIMELINE —

❍ The following will be our timeline for this book awards.

• March 13, 2022 - Start of Tag Fest Event.

• March 20, 2022 - End of Tag Fest Event.

• April 17, 2022 - Closing of forms for judges and participants.

• April 18, 2022 - Start of Initial Judging Round.

• April 20, 2022 - Start of People's Choice Round.

• April 27, 2022 - End of People's Choice Round.

• April 30, 2022 - Start of Mini Awards Round

• May 20, 2022 - End of Initial Judging Round.

• May 31, 2022 - Announcement of Winners for Initial Judging Round, Mini Awards, People's Choice Round, and Tag Fest Event.

• June 1, 2022 - Start of Final Round (best of the bests).

• June 15, 2022 - End of Final Round.

• June 18, 2022 - Awarding of Best of the Bests Winner.

• June 18 - 30, 2022 - Giving of Prizes.

- HOW IT WORKS -

❍ Here are some rounds and events for this book awards.

1. Tag fest

- The tag fest event will be held a week after the start of filling up of forms for judges and participants.

- Ito ay gagawin upang mas dumami pa ang sumali sa book awards na ito.

- It is an event where you will mention as many active writers as possible. The one who mentioned the highest number of writers among all will be the winner.

- Participants and judges are only the one who are allowed to join here.

2. Initial Judging Round

- This round will be the battle within different genres. Dito, maglalaban-laban ang mga participants per genre kung saan kukuha kami ng top 3 na nakakuha ng pinakamataas na score.

- Pagkatapos nito, irerelease na ang mga nanalo per genre. Pero, ang mga nakakuha ng first place ay may isa pang round na haharapin. Ang mga nakakuha ng second place, third place, o ang mga makakakuha ng consolation prize ay maaari na nilang makuha ang kanilang premyo.

- Ang mga nakakuha ng first place per genre ay hindi muna mabibigyan ng premyo sapagkat maaari pa silang makakuha ng mas mataas na premyo.

3. People's Choice Round

- In this round, all participants can join. It's only optional, but if you want to join, you'll have a chance to win more prizes.

- Ito ay paramihan ng mga comments sa inyong entries. Maaari niyong imbitahan ang inyong mga kaibigan upang tulungan kayo.

4. Mini Awards

- In the Mini Awards, we have the best in title, best in blurb, and best in book cover. The hosts will be the one to judge this round.

5. Final Round

- The final round is the round to know who the best of the bests is. All participants who are able to win the first place in each genre will be facing a new competition. The one who got the highest score will be titled as the overall champion.

- The hosts will also be the one to judge this round.
