a little light the moon borrowed
i'll tell you all about it tomorrow ;
wanna laugh and talk till i sound stupid
dancing amidst the stampeed.still tired though all day i'm in bed
singing every song i can't get out of my head ;
a string of art, charcoal paintings
watching what the colors are forming.i love the way you keep me going
you complete the poems i'm writing ;
i can feel the love a couple planets away
didn't know you first until i kept saying your name.i knew it was love only when it ended
the biggest disappointment i dread ;
we are completely different from who we were once
but it fitted like a puzzle, our hands.didn't i tell you to close your eyes
and wake up to yellow and orange skies ;
i'm wide awake from a dream that is you
won't dare get rid of the hand you held onto.there was so much more sinister than how it looked like
there was no hero born, miles away he died ;
you trample all over my name just so you could look strong
didn't love you all along.
