It's been a few weeks since Atlanta and things were going well for Ryan and Destiny. It was the week leading into the Coca Cola 600. Chase and Autumn were staying at their house. Destiny wasn't feeling the greatest. Ryan was taking good care of her too.
They had just fallen asleep not long after Destiny got up and went and threw up in the toilet.
"Oh Des a baby." Ryan says.
He was right behind her rubbing her back holding her hair. Finally she got it all up. Ryan gently picks her up carrying her to their bed. Destiny snuggled to him.
"You okay baby girl?" Ryan asks kissing her head.
"Yeah right now I am." Destiny says.
"I love you and I hate seeing you so sick." Ryan says..
"I know it's just a stomach bug." Destiny says.
"Want some Body Armor?" Ryan asks.
"No thanks, I love that stuff and I don't want to throw it back up." Destiny says.
"Okay. Try and get some sleep." Ryan says kissing her head.
"Hold me tight?" Destiny asks.
"As if you even have to ask baby." Ryan says.
He wraps his around her. Destiny snuggled in. It didn't take long for her to fall back asleep. Ryan watched her sleep for a bit kissing her head. Finally he fell asleep too.
Later the next morning Destiny woke up not feeling Ryan beside her. In his place was a note, a single carnation and a bear dressed in his Menards firesuit.
"Des,
I had to leave and do stuff at the shop all day. Plus fan appreciation week. I left you sleep. Chase told me to tell you to take the day off too. Rest! Cuddle then bear and Sturgill while I am gone. I lord you.
Ry." Destiny read out loud.
As is she couldn't love him any more. She was feeling semi okay right now so she put on leggings and one of Ryan's t shirts. She heads downstairs to make some toast. She made the toast and sat down with some ginger ale. That was when Autumn walked in.
"Oh hi. I didn't realize you were here." Destiny says.
"I'm sorry." Autumn replies.
"Why?" Destiny asks.
"For intruding. Chase is staying here and asked me to stay with him. I hope that is okay." Autumn says.
"If you are important to Chase then your important to me and Ryan. Sit down and relax." Destiny says.
Autumn sits down.
"Sorry I'm still new to this life. I only met Chase like five or six months ago. We met at the hooters pageant." Autumn says.
