Summary: The Brother of Cardin Winchester, come to Beacon with his 'wife' and start to cause chaos as the Men of the School began to think that the brother is, doing something for them all. Women. And the Females, find his attractive.

Semblance: "Lust's Consume" Any and all humans within Eye Contact can be aroused at any moment, till Y/N snap his fingers. However, as they are aroused or turn on, they aura are slowly drain and go into Y/n's aura. (Mostly use on females)
Owns: Junior Bar and several Night Clubs
Boss: Around 600 men
CHAPTER ONE: ARRIVING
Right now under special orders of Ozpin Team RWBY, CVFY, JNPR, and CRDL were all waiting near the landing pad. All of them with Glynda Goodwitch were line up to meet a very important person from the Criminal Underworld that wants to go to school at Beacon.
Of all the students Cardin was the only one shaking. Russel lean close to his leader.
Russel: "Hey, you good there buddy?"
Cardin: "I am not good. I know who is coming."
Russel: "Who?"
Soon a bullhead land and ramp was extending slowly.
Cardin: "My brother."
Soon a man with h/c hair and e/c eye in a fur coat walk out, smoking and walking with a cane. He look like an older version of Cardin if they were to have the same hair and eyes. All the girls blush when they saw his face, even the cold hearted Glynda had pink tints on hers.
Then a lady in a long red dress and long blonde hair step out behind the man, wrapping her arms around his arm that didn't carry the cane. All the guys' eyes glue onto her figure with a slight drool.
