[ONE SHOT] Fidgety, Unkowingly

Saiki Kusuo was being bothered again.

Over the span of 3 years, since he had met Teruhashi Kokomi, the world renowned prettiest girl, he was always getting bothered at any point by her, who at first saw him as a mere challenge.

He always wished that, maybe, just maybe, she'd grow tired of it and leave him in peace, but alas, the pretty girl persevered and never gave up, not even once.

Not until today.

Today, he was getting bothered in a different way.

When Teruhashi entered the classroom, the first thought in her mind was:

'Ugh, that oversaturated pink hair never looked good on him anyway.'

Saiki was more shocked than offended. Huh? What's up with her now?

Why the sudden attack? Saiki was curious. Of course, for no other reason than mere curiosity. Wouldn't you be curious yourself if someone insulted you first thing in the morning?

'Yeah, why am I even this bothered about him anyway? This is stupid. I've got so much admirers and people who love me. Millions! Billions, even! Why waste my time over him?' Teruhashi thought as she made her way to her seat, one that was right next to him. She didn't even bother to greet him a good morning.

Meanwhile, Saiki didn't mind this thought process as it wasn't the first time she'd thought of that. But the tone of spite in her thoughts was something a bit new this time.

'Chiyo's right,' Teruhashi sighed. 'I should just find someone new.'

Saiki's brow cocked slightly upward, looking at Teruhashi, who was just next to her, in slight bewilderment. Now that, that's new.

A buzz came from Teruhashi's pocket. She took it out and read the text in her head, 'Chiyo: So, r u up for this new gokon?! Just tell me! Dw, this is totally just for u and I'll bring Mera along so u dont have to worry abt it'

Another group date? Saiki thought. I don't mind, she already went to one before anyway.

...Not that it matters what I think. Wait, why even say it like that? Whatever. I should tag along just in case they're a bunch of idiots again.

...Why should I tag along? ...

Saiki decided to stop thinking and listen to her thoughts again.

'A gokon but only for me? Chiyo's so silly sometimes.' She thought with a warm smile. If she had anyone to rely on as a true friend, it'd be Yumehara.
'Alright, I got to reply.'

She sent a simple, 'Sure! Thank you so much, Chiyo :>'

Saiki wondered what the two friends talked about. Although he had a hunch as to what happened already, he was still curious why Teruhashi seemed a bit mad at him.

Has she finally had enough? ... That's good, isn't it? That only means that my plans have finally worked.

Still, deep inside, the thought of her actually disliking and hating him...it didn't leave a good taste on his mouth. But wasn't that the plan...?

He shook his head idly. I'll follow her later and see this through.

Yumehara waved cheerfully to her pretty friend, who wore a simple sundress and a brown bag along with white slip-on sandals. Even with her simple outfit, she looked like she could go on a runway already.
