How did we get here (pt.2)

Y/n decided she would follow hunter to the bathroom to find out the real reason behind all the nasty looks and rude remarks she had been dishing out as if it wouldnt hurt.

When she got to the washroom she found hunter looking at herself in the mirror seeming as though she was trying to regulate her breathing 'you okay hunter?'.

She quickly stood up straight and turned to Y/n looking rather shocked 'Yea im fine, why?'.

'Well you seem rather.. stressed i dont know.' Y/n said rather nonchalantly shrugging her shoulders and walking a few steps closer to hunter keeping the eye contact they had been holding since she turned to look at her.

'Hunter. Can i ask you a quick question? but you have to answer truthfully' said Y/n breaking the eye contact to look down at her shoes while she played with the rings on her hand.

'Uhmm.. yea go ahead' replied Hunter still looking at the shorter girl in front of her; she just couldnt seem to take her eyes off of her.

'Why are you always so rude to me. Its like you hate me but you hardly even know me.' Y/n said now looking back at Hunter to see she's already staring at her.

'I- i dont. I dont really know if im honest, it just.. happens i guess.' Sighed out Hunter trying not to confess to the girl whos been on her mind every second of the day, she didn't truly understand why she was so harsh towards the younger girl because she infact thought she was beautiful and very talented, she just felt as though now wasnt the right time because truthfully she didnt fully understand her feelings towards the girl.

'Hunter, dont lie' muttered Y/n, trying to get the girl in front of her to be truthful, simply wanting to understand why the she couldnt be civil at least.

'Well, i guess maybe its because i- i kinda like you but im not to sure so i wasn't planning on telling you but i just did so that plans gone down the drain.' Confessed Hunter rather quickly.

Y/n stood there for a second since what had just been said thrown her off guard.

'See i knew i shouldnt have said anything' Hunter mumbled while going to walk past Y/n and out the door but was soon to be stopped by the shorter girl pulling her wrist back which made Hunter turn to look at her.

'Y/n please dont make this difficult its fine i get it i was horrible to you and i dont even know why i thought-' she was cut off by a pair of soft, delicate lips on hers which shocked her but she wasted no time in kissing the other girl back.
