Wilbur looked the man in front of him up and down before continuing what he was saying.
"Quackity, cmon man, just let me stay here."
"I can't do that, Will," Quackity replied, the feathers on his wings rustling in the breeze.
"And why not?"
"Wilbur, I've seen what you did to Lmanburg and i won't let Las Nevadas fall victim to that, to your unpredictability."
"But i've changed! i'm a better man now Quacks! I don't lie anymore and i know nothing about tnt," Wilbur pleaded, desperate to have his way. "Please just let me stay, I'll be your servant, your slave. I'll do whatever you say! I don't even want a job just somewhere to reside, I have nowhere to go Quackity!"
Will noticed Quackity hesitate at this. Quackity stared the taller man down, moving closer to him.
"Wilbur I want you to leave."
"Quackity i-"
"Are you guys kissing?!" Tommy shouted.
The two men ignored him.
Quackity and Will stared each other in the eyes.
"Leave," Quackity said softly.
Wilbur was silent for a moment, continuing to stare at the other man before calling to Tommy, not taking his eyes off Quackity, "Cmon Tommy, we're leaving."
Then Wilbur finally broke eye contact with the duck hybrid and lead Tommy out of Las Nevadas.
"We'll make our own fucking country, Tommy," Will said.

Wilbur was back in Las Nevadas the next day. He and Tommy had been sitting on the border of their new country when Wilbur decided he was going to go back to Quackity and try again (alone this time, he didn't need Tommy getting in the way).
He stepped out of the elevator on the top floor and into a small hallway. There was only one door in the hall so Wilbur figured it belonged to Quackity. He walked up to it and knocked.
"Charlie come in! What have I told you about not needing to knock-" said a muffled voice from inside, which trailed off when the door opened to reveal Wilbur, not Charlie.
Quackity was leaning on a large desk in the middle of the room. A huge window overlooking Las Nevadas took up majority of the back wall. On one corner of the room sat a sofa and the other had a door leaning to what Wilbur presumed to be a bathroom.
"Oh, you. What do you want?" Quackity groaned, his face falling.
"I want to talk to you again about me possibly being able to stay here?" Wilbur said as he walked into the room, shutting to door behind him.
Quackity sighed and adjusted his tie, and Wilbur would be lying if he said the other man didn't look incredibly hot leaning against the desk like that.
"Will, we've had this conversation. I've said it once and i'll say it again, I can't let my country become victim to your unpredictability."
"Quackity please-" he walked towards him.
Once Wilbur was close enough, Quackity reached out and grabbed him by his faded yellow jumper, pulling him down to his level. Their faces were mere inches apart.
"Wilbur Soot when I say something, I mean it. I refuse to be bargained with. I don't want you here." But Wilbur wasn't looking Quackity in the eyes anymore. His eyes had travelled downwards on the other man's face, resting on his lips. It was then that Quackity realised how close they were.
