Khamoshi apna lo
Magar gila na karo
Izzat na mile
To kinara kar lo

Riddhima was making her way inside the main gate getting out of the auto. She was trying to hold the bag. Keyword trying because she was failing miserably. When she was buying groceries, she didn't realise it's too much for her small self to hold. She pushed the bag a little upward to hold it tightly and took slow steps inside the pathway.

Dekho mere pyaare tamataro please girna mat. Just hold on a little longer okay. I got this. I got this.

She was walking holding the big bag full of vegetables and fruits. And the top packet was of tomatoes which could fall any second. As soon as she took her first step on the porch, the paper  packet fell and her tomatoes were going places.

Shit
Shit
Shit
Shit

She quickly placed the bag on the floor and squat down to grab her fallen tomatoes with a sulken face. A pop sound grabbed her attention and she saw the intruder who stepped on one of the tomato.

Satyanash

She was about to give the person a lecture on how to look at the ground while roaming but dropped the idea when her eyes landed on his face.

Isko lecture dene ka bhi koi faida nahi hai.

She ignored him and was about to pick up the bag when she heard her name and her heart beat fasten. She stopped and turned to face him taking a deep breath.

"You don't have to do all this." He said pointing toward the bag.

"Oh I recently got to know where I stand and especially my identity. Just trying to change that a little. I am sorry it will take some time." She replied with a straight face and went inside picking up the bag without waiting for his reply.

Vansh stood there stunned, looking at her retrieving figure. He then left to pick up Aryan from the airport.

Riddhima placed the bag on the sofa with a heavy heart. She doesn't want to be rude but she couldn't forget what he said about her also. She doesn't want to do anything with him yet his just calling her name emerges out her buried feelings for him.

"Riddhima beta" Her father in law's voice brought her out of reverie.

"Ji Papa" She looked at him and saw him looking at the groceries with  disappointment. He then sighed looking at her face.

"Riddhima you are my daughter don't you think I can take care of my daughter?" He asked taking his spectacles off.

Riddhima shook her head. Taking steps ahead she knelt  down in from of him. "It's not like that Papa." She reasoned looking down.

"I know what he said was wrong but you don't have to do this. You are my daughter that has nothing to do with him."

"I know Papa. I know but you have a daughter who can take care of herself then why not. And you know buying groceries is super fun."

"If it's super fun then I will tag along with you next time. Is that fine? " He asked

"Super fine." She gave him a million dollars smile.

"You don't have to prove anything to anyone. People say harsh things it doesn't mean you will prove every single thing. That's not how it works beta."
