He disappeared out through the front door almost instantly not giving me time to process anything that had happened.
Someone had just broken into my house, touched me and then left abruptly. I hugged my knees to my chest and grabbed my phone from my desk.
There were no messages at all as I slid down my notification bar and it was moments like these that I wished I had anyone to talk to, to run to or to simply pour my problems out too.
This wasn't a small thing that had occurred. Someone had access to entering into my apartment and that only meant I was in danger.
The texts from the anonymous person started playing in my mind and suddenly everything started to make sense. I was being stalked, and whoever had broke into my room was the possible suspect.
I couldn't think of anyone who would do such a thing, I barely had friends or even knew many people. I replayed the husky voice in my mind of my stalker but his whisper wasn't enough for me to be able to distinguish who it could possibly be.
I needed to rule out every possible person who I knew and that left me with probably only two options. Erebus and Vidarr. But I knew that it didn't make any sense.
They were both two powerful individuals who could get anything they ever wanted to and wouldn't resort to stalking someone as insignificant as me.
I knew Erebus hated me, but he didn't seem the type to waste his time doing petty things to this extent. As for Vidarr, I had only recently met him and that too coincidentally because of Erebus which meant I was getting no where with my self investigation.
I placed my hands on my face and began yelling like a mad person when suddenly it struck me. The stalkers words rang in my head.
I'm coming back for you
His words reminded me of the words of the strange man I had met in the forest long ago. Was it possible for the man in the forest to have known my location? My life and stalk me? Yes and no.
He did steal my phone and was at an advantage of retrieving a-lot of personal information which could have been detrimental to me.
Or he simply could have thrown my phone away or sold it which would leave us with the option no.
There was no solution except going back to that very forest and seeing if he kept his promise of being there every full moon.
Apart of me shivered as I imagined his presence, and another part might have been the tiniest bit filled with adrenaline . Sure he called himself a murderer and had seemed like the most dangerous person, but ever since that day the feelings that arose in my chest when I met him had never resurfaced with anyone else.
I sat up against my headboard as my eyes began scanning the dark room. Sleep... sleep. My eyes began flitting close until I slumped back into a deep sleep.

The next day as I stepped into Vidarrs art gallery he was no where to be seen in sight just yet. It was my first day of work here and I wouldn't dare being late, but perhaps I was a little too early.
I glanced at my wrist watch and then at the emptiness of my surroundings and crossed my arms against my chest to fight the morning winds that surrounded me.
I heard footsteps behind me and immediately spun around with a huge smile.
"Vidarr—-".
That smiled vanished as I saw Erebus fix his cuffs on the sleeves of his suit as his eyes found mine.
"I don't think I resemble Vidarr". There it was, that same deep voice that could melt any girl and yet I hated it and I hated him because of the jerk that he was.
