The girl with auburn hair was walking hurryingly down the hall carrying her books. Never in her life she wanted to leave a class that quick, but she had a good reason.

Isabel Weasley, sorted into slytherin, was the outcast of the family. Everyone claimed that they loved her the very same, and that doesn't make her bad, but Isa knew the truth. At the same time, she was the outcast of the whole house. She wasn't bold, ambitionate or determined in anything she did, which made her question even from the start the choice of the sorting hat. Ravenclaw was a better fit, she even told the hat that stayed 6 minutes deciding between the two houses.

–Leaving that soon, Weasley? a sneering voice stopped her in her tracks

–What do you want, Malfoy? asked Ron's twin

She hated that blond and his best friends with every piece of her body. His smirk needed to be whippen off his face by someone, but Isabel did not have that courage.

–Looking a little scared, weasel. stated the curly brunette

Matteo Riddle. Merlin, he was one of the most annoying. But what she hated the most was the fear he inspired her. She hated her heartbeat quickening at only his sight. She hated to tremble when he got close to her. He was the literal devil's son.

–Shove of Malfoy, Riddle!

Big brothers at 9 o'clock. On cue, the redheads grabbed their sister and moved forward from the boys who were now wearing matching devious smirks.

–Thanks Fred.

–Isa, you should be more careful.

–Don't want to get you out of a fight with those two.

–And it won't be necessary. I promise.

And with that, she left the twins behind as she entered the potions classroom. One of her favorite classes, and no, clearly not because of Snape, but because it was with the Gryffindors. She needed a break from the slytherins, and her twin was it. That, or a good book she didn't have on her right now.

–Isabele, how was your day? greeted her the chosen one

–All the very same. I wish I'd gotten into Ravenclaw, or even Hufflepuff! I hate it here.

She knew Harry wasn't really interested in what she was saying. He was only being polite, but she needed someone to talk to. The redhead wasn't that stupid to not see how Potter looked at her little sister, Ginny, and since she had a crush on him too, Isa thought it was a match made in heaven. Or hell probably, because no one touches Ginny without being beaten up by the ones on onlys Weasley twins. That made her stay away from every boy who flirted or even invited her on a date. That, and the crush she didn't admit to have. Why? Because Isa hated herself for only thinking about that person. For even whishing to be near him.

–Draco again? question Mione, clearly annoyed at only the bought up of Malfoy's name

–And Riddle.

–Ah, oh course, the infamous duo. The stupid and the little princess.

A laughter escaped Isa's lips, but it was interrupted by a "what's so funny" eyebrows rise from Matteo. That made Potter laugh even harder, but the Weasley girl just stared at him right back, the same cowering fear reappearing in her heart.

–Turn to page 394. Snape's voice echoed in the class as soon as he furiously entered and closed the windows.

The end of the day came quickly enough, and as Isa left the dinner she felt a pair of eyes locked onto her back. Dare she say that she knew who's were? The redhead's heart skipped a bit at the possibility, but she never looked back and went straight to the common room.

–Weasel, wait! a well-known voice echoed on the hall right when she was about to say the password

–What do you want? her cold voice responded

–You forgot this. smirked Riddle, handing her the only thing she wished would be hidden from the slytherins

Their fingers brushed when she grabbed her diary, her body trembling at the thought somebody read it. Her green orbs locked onto his dark eyes and for a moment, they just stared at each other, purely admiring what was both of their natural beauty.

–Be more careful with that or Malfoy will know how much you hate him and his shit-filled head.

The girl remained quiet as she realized that Mattheo opened and even read her diary. She also needed to figure out how much he knew.

–I don't mind him knowing, he's stupid enough not to understand what it means. remarked the Weasley girl, expecting a chuckle that never came.

–Oh, but do you mind that I know how your pathetic little heart beats faster around me? How your body tremble when I got close? How much do you hate that you find me attractive?

The boy leaned forward with every single word, his body now trapping Isa between him and the wall. Isa tried to say something, to deny it, but the only thing that came out of her mouth was a stuttered "no" which made Mattheo chuckle.

–Come on, little weasel, you're too innocent to think like that. Or am I wrong? Aren't you scared your brothers will try to beat the shit out of every boy that dares to touch you?

–Get off me! she pushed Riddle, trying to escape that awkward situation

The boy stepped back, watching as she hatefully glared at him.

–I'm not innocent. she sneered back

–Prove me wrong weasel. Room of requirements party, tonight. was the only thing Mattheo said before leaving her with her own thoughts.
