While March of the Oni was a exception the most times loss begins with S11 as there were now much more episodes but were only about half as long then in previous seasons.
S11 started in the summer of 2019 and ended in Februar 2020 also the sets were in the summer and the winter wave - therefore this season can be seen as 2 seasons and therefore will be also calculate it that way.
To be honest I now rewatched not all 30 episodes because I think 1 and 2 are enoug.
The intro takes 20 seconds and wasn't shown in ep 2, so = 580 seconds.
The outro takes 15 seconds = 450 seconds.
The whole episodes takes 11 minutes and 1 second which are 661 seconds.
661 seconds x 30eps = 19.830 - 1.030 = 18.800 seconds - in one whole year.
