Wakfu: New Heroes [Canceled]

{Chapter 1- Newfound Powers}

There was a sudden blue flash outside Daniel Mandle's little old restaurant/home and a loud clattering like sound rattled the blinds. He walked outside to see what the ruckus was.

Are those darn Racolnas back already? He thought as he looked around. But he didn't see those racoon-like things anywhere. The only thing there was a small child bundled in a long teal-green hat with two cat-like ears on top and a floof at the bottom.

"Well, hello there. Where are your parents?" Daniel said looking around, but no one was anywhere nearby. As he picked up the child, it waved a shining blue feather in near his face as if it wanted him to take it. "What's this?" he said quietly as he gently picked the feather from the child's hand. When it was in his hand it flew up and wrote something in a language he didn't recognize. Then when the feather stopped writing the words flew into Daniel and he knew what they said.

-about 10 or 11 years later-

Yuni woke up to his dad, Daniel, calling his name from down in the kitchen. "Coming." Yuni shouted as he hoped on one foot out of his room while trying to get his shew on.

He raced down the stairs into the kitchen. The smell of cooking stew and meat filled the room. Yuni could see his dad cooking for the hungry people that waited for their food in the restaurant.

"It's about time you woke up, kido. It's almost lunch time and I can't do this whole thing myself you know." Daniel said turning to his son.

Yuni laughed and started cooking as his father went to the counter to take the orders. Yuni used a board connected to a long stick and put the meat onto the rice his dad had already made. Then climbed on one of the counters of stuff he reached up and graved the spice. As he put it on the food, two kids about the same age as Yuni raced in through the big barn-like back doors.

"Hay, Uni! Come play Scorball with us!" the younger one said running up to him.

"I sorry I can't right now, Toney. It's almost the lunch rush and my dad needs help with the restaurant." Yuni said to the little kid.

"Come on please. It'll be funner with five people, Ralphie is only being referee again." The other one said pleading with him.

"Yuni, how's the food coming?" his dad shouted from the counter.

"Working on it." Yuni answered and turned back to his friends, "I'm sorry maybe later, guys."

"Fine." The older one said. "Come on, Toney. Race you there!" He said running out of the room to the small field outside as Toney ran after him.

Yuni did the same he did with the other meat, using the long, wooden plat to throw the meat to the plates and put spice on them. He ran to the dining room and skillfully threw the plates at the tables in front of the people who ordered them, though the last one almost hit his dad.

"Woah, careful there Yuni." Daniel said, thankful Yuni hadn't hit him or the quests. "Bit too close that time."

"Sorry, Dad." Yuni said walking over to him. "Any other orders?"

"Hah, you know it." he answered giving him a small piece of paper with a few more orders written down on it.

Yuni walked into the kitchen and prepared some soup. As he climbed onto the counter below the shelf of seasoning, he felt his foot slip and he fell, along with a few bottles of stuff. Yuni put out his hands accidently making a circle like motion with his hands and suddenly two small portals appeared. He fell through one and weirdly got throne slightly up out of the other, but they disappeared quickly. The seasoning fell on the floor and the containers shattered with a clang.

"Woah... did... did I do that?" Yuni said quietly looking at his hands that, for a second, still glowed blue with Wakfu.

"You ok in there?" his dad asked from the counter.

"Yeah." Yuni shouted back. "I'll clean that up later I need to get these orders out." He said to himself getting back to cooking.

Yuni ran into the restaurant balancing a plate on both his hands and one on his head. He walked as fast as possible without dropping the food, to the people who order 'em and slid them over across the tables.

"Guess who's here to see you, Yuni." Said his dad as Yuni walked by him. Yuni looked at him with a confused expression.

Just then he heard Dongal's voice say, "Hello there, Uni." He said patting Yuni's head.

"Hi, Uncle Dongal." He said giggling, "I still have a few this to do I'll be right back." Yuni said turning his head to his dad and dashing back into the kitchen.

"So, are you finally gona tell me who the mother of that little boy is?" Dongle asked Daniel.

He just looked at him. "If I do, will you finally pay your tab you old stroon." Daniel said to him putting down the cup he was cleaning.

Dongal Stoon (yes that's his name and it's spelt correctly) laughed, "You really won't give up, will you?"

Yuni finished up the soup putting a few more ingredients and seasoning when he remembered the mess from earlier and how he made those blue portals. He looked at his hand and made the circular motion accidentally sending a box of things through it.

His dad's voice came from the counter, "Yuni, get some soup for this 'poor traveler' for me will ya."

"Sure thing." Yuni shouted back and both Dongal and Daniel laughed. Yuni just waked over to where the box had been in wonder, then after making another portal the box flew out of it and landed with a crash.

"Is everything alright back there?" Daniel said to Yuni.

"Yes." He answered not taking his eyes of what just happened. How did I do that? I couldn't do that before. Yuni thought as he walked back over to the big pot of boiling soup and, taking a spatula or whatever you call those scoop things (not a spoon), poured some into the four bowls.

Yuni ran into the dining room and made a little show as he threw the bowls at the tables. Only one missed and it was Dongal Stoon's, it sort of bounced on the table once and ran into the wall on one side of the counter.

"3 out of 4 I'd say that's a win." Yuni said walking up with a smile.

Just then screams came from outside the restaurant.

Haha sorry but that's it for now. I'll update whenever I have a chapter done or I realize that I wrote something wrong lol

Also tell me if Princess Malory should be a Sadida or a Ecaflip or something else because I can't decide. ALSO, this needs a better name than 'Wakfu: New Heroes' help me plz people
