3rd pov. The next day
Ayato had slept through everything that happened yesterday and had no idea about it
It was like nothing ever happened well for him but today will cause the biggest chain of events to happen for their future one step closer to finding out who the killers are
" So kid now's you're time to shine he'll be here with us for the time being"bajørn said he was a little bit proud of the kid but would never tell him
" I'm so nervous tho what if he says no what if his not gay" asu said " hey hey no more what ifs, when his awake make breakfast and coffee don't forget the coffee it's a life source then ask him on a date take things slow" bajørn said
" Look I know we're sharing the same body and taste the same thing but you're gonna get us addicted to coffee " Asu said
" Hey!! We didn't have things like that in our time" bajørn argued " you had things that we didn't" asu said
"....like what?" Bajørn said "dinosaurs" asu said while grinning
Timeskip
It was now 9am and Ayato was starting to wake up, Asu quickly brought him breakfast and some orange juice "Asu? What happened why am I here" Ayato said looking around the room he was confused
" Oh two students brought you to me they found you passed out in ally way you must've had fever and was stressed out by Everything going on" asu said rubbing Ayato back
Tears were forming in his eyes once for slowly running down his face Asu felt his heart flip at the sight of it he was angry that people would cause such damage to him
One of these killers were reckless in doing this, a toddler could probably do it better then them what were they thinking
While eating breakfast they were watching a cooking show on tv Asu found it cute how focused Ayato was watching it he almost seemed mesmerised in it
"H...hey Ayato " Asu choked out rubbing his neck his face was flushed he was not making eye contact anymore "yes Asu?" Ayato said
" I .....I was wondering if you'd like to go out..." Asu choked out again "like on a date?" Ayato said
He was looking at Asu his face was reder then a beet root ' i .... Why not give it a shot, dad said things like this can only happen once or twice in a life time, asu is a great guy ' Ayato thought
"Yes I'll go " Ayato said smiling at Asu, Asu was shocked and surprised his head was hurting too bajørn was practically screaming in his mind
" R... really!!" Asu yelled with excitement Ayato nodded
3rd pov
After a change of clothes and washing their dishes they started their date seeing how Ayato was keenly watching the cooking show
Asu took him to a small cooking competition where they baked and cooked lots of things from cakes to Italian salads
After cooking they went out to a cat cafe drinking milkshakes and playing with the cats in the afternoon they found themselves at the docks watching the sun set
Asu turned and held Ayato hands they both stared at each other which seemed like forever
Slowly but surely leaning towards each other, just as Asu passionately kissed Ayato dolphins were seen jumping behind them
But unknowingly to them several camera flashed and people gushing over the romantic couple
Around 4pm Asu walked Ayato home on the way back they talked about many things, but one thing they agreed with this was probably the best date they've ever had
At Ayato doorstep saying their goodbyes Asu kissed Ayato forehead and left, Ayato closed the door and slumped down holding his chest with the goofy grins
" Sooo? Whose the lucky guy" Ayato's dad said "gahhhh dad where did you come from" Ayato Screamed his father chuckled and walked away
