Armoni P.O.V

Waking up in my own bed for the first time in a while kinda felt like a dream. I laid there for a moment stating at the ceiling trying to clear my mind. All I could think about was Hassan.

Why he didn't come after me ?
Did he even care ?
These things wondered my head.
I got up and brushed my teeth and took a shower.
After I was done I put on deodorant and lotion.
I also put in some boxes and a bra.

After I was done I got back in the bed. It was a Sunday morning, my plan today is to block the world and rest in my house.

I turned on the tv and watched tv untill I went to sleep. For almost the rest of the day.

Hassan aka King P.O.V

I was just chilling with Erin watching tv. I have so much in common with her and yeah.

Armoni told me she don't need me to pay her stuff no more, but I know without me she would be on the street. I'm not that type of person that going to that happen either.

I do care about her so yeah.
"What you want to eat baby?" Kayla said getting up from the couch. "Anything you want to cook , but I'll rather eat something else." I said smiling and licking my lips.
"Stop being nasty , you don't have to eat nothing." She laughed.

Kayla wasn't like Armoni or Lina or any girl I even fucked with she was cool. Like a friend and not a Armoni type friend.

I mean she don't trip when say I can't see her , not always pressing me for a "relationship", and she not worrying about my other bitches.

After Kayla made me something to eat she left. She said she had to take care of some family stuff.

It was about 10 and it was a Sunday. I went upstairs and put on something to sleep in. I got in the bed and checked my phone.

Kayla : I got in ok , good night

That was strange. Usually Armoni would text me I haven't talked to her since she left. I just wanted to make sure she was ok though.

I called her . It went straight to voicemail. I decided to hit her up tomorrow.

Armoni P.O.V

Today was my first day at my new job at the bank. I didn't tell anyone but Nyemiah I got the job , not even King. Once I start making enough money I'll let him know that he don't have take care of me anymore.

I'm just happy I can be independent again. Then I can finally get in my shit together and start saving up for school again.
That's if I got to school.

I been thinking lately that school might not be the place for me anymore and I should just keep a regular job and make it by.

I realize I was living in a fairy tale. Thinking I was going get my degree and become a high paying dancer or choreographer and I would be in a relationship.

Reality hit me when I lost my job and I saw Hassan at the mall that day with that girl. Me and him barley go out in public we always house doing nothing but fucking.
I don't want that anymore.

I got in the shower and played some music. Just to get my mood up and my confidence for my first day at my new job.
