As I walked down the cold corridor I felt a strange melancholy feeling washing over me. The farther I walked, the more voices seemed to pop up. The weird thing was....that they sound familiar. Before entering Kita's room I took a pill to reduce the recent out burst. I knocked on Kita's door and received a quiet come in.
I entered the room with a faint smile as I looked at the calm Kita knitting what seemed to be a blanket. He signaled me over, so I happily obliged by it. Kita then pulled me down to his bed and stopped with his knitting. It was very strange, ya know? The way he was acting was completely out of character, but couldn't figure out why.
"Hello M/n how are you today?" Kita asked, "I'm doing fine, but I want to ask you a few things." M/n replied. Kita looked at M/n before getting up to check to see if the door is locked. After checking, he turned around and smiled at M/n. Once M/n looked at Kita's face and saw the older male's infamous 'I'm about to brutally hurt you' smile, he knew he needed to run away very quickly.
"I just want to know about the riot, but you don't have to tell me! We can just have a normal day Kita-" before you could finish your sentence, you were pined down with kitting needles! "We don't talk about the riot, okay?" Kita said in a menacing tone, you shook your head yes and started to cry. Kita took the needles out of your lab coat and consoled you in his arms.
You latched onto his light burgundy cardigan and cried your eyes out. You knew that it was unprofessional, but you were only a high school student! How were you supposed to help psychos and mentally ill people get better if you aren't even mentally healthy either. Kita rocked you back and forth to sleep, and covered you with his blanket. After making sure you were asleep he left the room and meet up with his friends...outside in the field.
"Kita did you really tell him?!" Suna inquired, "Of course I didn't, I just scared the shit out of him and made I'm a little tired" Kita responded to the sleepy faced male. They all sighed in relief and smiled as they watched doctors, wardens, and other patients hold the guys back. After about 30 minutes M/n came running out of the building looking like a complete mess. His hair was messed up, his lab coat had holes in them, and his face was all red. The boys knew it wasn't any of them, so they knew it had to have been Kita.
They knew Kita was M/n's last patient, and they became furious. They ripped away from the people holding them back and went to tend to M/n. They wanted to attack the other males right then and there, but for some strange reason M/n's presence calmed them down. "M/n what happened? Did those foxes hurt you? Do we need to kill them for you?" Hinata asked you, but you shook your head in response. After Asahi fixed your coat with a sewing kit he'd stolen, he fixed your hair up nice and neatly.
A warden soon came to escort the guys back to their rooms and excuse you for the rest of the day. You went home and were greeted by your bird and new house buddy Yamaguchi. After Yamaguchi stayed with you for quite a while now you realized that he had a thing for painting and bought him a new paint brushes, acrylic paint, and canvases. "M/n look at the new painting I made!" Yamaguchi said as he showed you a beautiful painting of a valley of flowers. When you asked him how he made it he simply said "I just remembered it from my memories". At that moment you began to cry, because he barely remembered a thing, and now he's remembering things so clearly. You gave him a hug and told him about your day, and he added that he missed his friends, but they really need help.
He then asked about his family, and you didn't want to lie, so you told him. Yamaguchi already knew that his family might have not wanted him and made up excuses, but what was he going to do now!
"I have no home to go back to? So now what? Do I just leave your house or do I stay here? I have so many questions..." Yamaguchi said before he subconsciously stared to cry. You took the older male into your arms and cradled him as if he was a baby. It wouldn't have been a coincidence that him or any of the others acted like children, they had been in that horrible situation for a long time. Besides, they were still humans, and they had feelings like any other person would.
"Yams...you are home already. Even though your mean family doesn't want to take you back, you still have me and Ainu. You can stay with me for as long as you like." You said, in all reality you enjoyed having Yamaguchi around, and you would never want anything else. He was a big help, and he always listened to your problems. "Yams I always want you to know this; My home is your home, and you are always welcome to stay."
