Manav reached the hospital and got unnati treated right away he knew tanzeel would have called their family doctor. He sat outside the operating room with his eyes closed. Suddenly he felt a hand on his shoulder he turned and saw tk he got up and hugged him

Manav : teesri baar. Bhai wo kitni baar karegi wo aisa.
Tk : tu itna kyu roh raha hai shaant hoja
Manav : bhai wo bahot precious hai
Tk : I know abhi chal shaant hoja kuch nahi hoga usse. Main janta hu

Then only the family doctor who treated unnati the past 2 times as well. Came out of the operating room

Now the doc and manav went to the doc's cabin

Tk : unnati itni batameezi se baat karte hai manav se !!

Manav actioned tk to be calm

Manav : tk thoda bahar jaa na pls

Unns : main kha jaaungi kya usse
Manav : itna dam hai tujhme.
Unns : oyeee
Tk : main bahar jaa raha hu
Manav : to announcement karke kyu jaa raha hai

With that to went out. Manav came near unnati and sat on the stool beside her bed. He kept a hand on his cheek

Manav : mujhe maalum pada ki aapne uthte hi mera naam liya
Unns : gunah kiya ??!
Manav : bilkul nahi
Unns : to phir
Manav : sun unnati I can't date you. Tujhe nahi pata main apni feelings bhi control kar raha hu. Tujhe kya lagta hai main hi kyu laya tujhe yaha. Main tere room mein aaya tha.
Unns : haw!! Sharam nahi aati apne dost ki behen ke room mein bina bataye aate ho
Manav : oh hello tension ho rahi thi tumhari isiliye aaya aur dekho meri tension sahi nikli
Unns : I hate you !! (As she was not able to win the argument)
Manav : chal jhuthi
Unns : I love you (teary eyes)
Manav : I am sorry
Unns : I love you ka jawab ye hota hai ?? Uska jawab ya to I don't love you ya I love you hota hai
Manav : but mera jawab in dono mein se koi nahi hai
Unns : to kya hai tumhara jawab manav !!! Main thak gayi hu ab pls yes ya no karo aur meri jaan chodo
Manav : I am sorry meri jaan. I am really sorry but main tk ko disappoint nahi kar sakta. Sorry

And he got up and started going towards the door

Unns : aisa pyaar nahi karna chahiye jisse tum khulke express bhi na kar pao

Manav rushed back to her and hugged her. He kept his head on her chest and held her tight. He closed his eyes as he wanted to feel that touch. Unns was shocked and of course she couldn't hug him back kyuki uske haath mein drip lagi hui hai.
