12:00 PM...

You didn't know how long you slept, or even how much sleep you got last night. All you remembered was the hot, passionate sex between you and Rex and falling asleep in his arms.

It only took a few movements to realize that Rex was absent from the bed, but it didn't really matter much. You slowly rose up from your bedsheets.

Suddenly a cramp stung your uterus. You draw in a sharp breath from the sudden pain. You were still incredibly sore from last night. At least you didn't die from monster boy on human girl coitus. You were a pretty tough girl, after all.

"Ehhhhh, I could walk this off...."

You stumbled off your bed. Your knees trembled as you searched for your clothes.

At last you found them and lazily fitted them on. Just as you finished dressing up, Rex came back into the room carrying a tray of food.

"I made tea." Rex offered you the tray. "And late breakfast."

Rex made you blueberry tea and toast with strawberry jam. You thought it was awfully thoughtful of him. You take the tray and nibble at your breakfast.

"Thank you, Rex."

"The pleasure is all mine, love."

Rex happily sits next to you, accompanying you for breakfast. As you ate, you saw he was in his boxer shorts. You kind of wished he'd put some actual pants on.

Two weeks later...

On a nice, sunny, Saturday morning, you felt a little bit sick to your stomach. Your stomach felt like you just rode a rollercoaster nonstop for fifty minutes.

The queasiness was on and off. Sometimes you'd run to the bathroom and vomit. You'd make those trips every hour.

Rex was beginning to feel concerned. "Uh, (Y/N), are you feeling okay?"

"I'm not sure. I keep feeling nauseous. I think it's food poisoning?"

"I need to take you to the doctor! They'll know what's up."

The hospital.....

You sat in the doctors office, waiting for the doctor to come back with the results. You were feeling nervous. The nervousness could make you throw up again.

Finally the doctor arrived with a clipboard. You were filled with anxiety and excitement.

"Well, the results are in, miss."

"So, what's wrong? Is it food poisoning? A stomach bug?"

"Emm, no. Neither of those."

"So what is it?"

"Well," the doctor began. "I'm not sure how you're going to feel about this."

"Tell me."

"Well, since the results are in now, it seems that you are pregnant."

You felt your heart sink into your stomach. That only meant that the pill you took had failed.

"Would you like me to tell your boyfriend?"

"No no. I could tell him.

"Alright. Suit yourself."
