*Day after the double date*
Diana lily POV
I heard this loud footsteps coming closer and closer to me, I could fell someone's heavy breathing all over me... What was going on? Did Kent sleep over? Nah my mom would have noticed. What was going on? The footsteps were louder the breathing was heavier. I see black and blue for miles and miles. I hear a squeaky voice. "Wake up Diana you gotta get ready he's gonna be here soon!"
"He?" I asked confused.
"Yes your wonderful man is coming to see you!"
"Kent?"
"Yes darling you can call him what ever you please." She said. "Now please get up he will be here in less than half an hour.
I hurry downstairs, I'm wearing a nice pink dress something casual don't wanna look too fancy.
I quickly have breakfast. And wait patiently.
I look outside I can see land for miles and miles but there is no sign of the gate opening I just sit and wait. I wait for a little bit longer then I stand up go to the bathroom and freshen up. I couldn't wait. I cleared my head and thought about Kent. /how did he find out I am royal? How did my mom know about Kent? Is Kent-*bell *bell* the big ringing of the bells interrupted my thinking. I quickly went down the stairs to get to the main floor where Kent was gonna be.
I straitened my dress and when the doors opened I flung my arms and hugged Kent.
Then a manly voice said who the hell are you. Then I realized I hadn't hugged Kent I was hugging a prince. I had no idea what he was doing or why he entered my castle.
I scooted away from him and said I am very sorry, " I am so very sorry, I was expecting someone else but know that you are here do you care for a drink?" I really wasn't sure what to say but since he's a prince there must be a good reason mumsy and dad brought him here.
The young man walked in and said no thank you to the drink I offered him. He was so polite. Then out of the corner of my eye is saw my mom. I was relieved that I didn't have to stay with this man a moment longer.
I was wrong
"Hello darling." My mom said looking at the young gentleman.
"Hi your majesty" he said with a bow.
Then my mom told me to take him up to my room to show him around or to just "CHILL"
Oml she said if she said the word CHILL omg my mom is turning less and less cool every day (not like she was ever cool or anything.
I did what I was told, I didn't want to be all ride in front of our guest.
I took HIM upstairs i showed him around. I told him something I learned in Spanish class even tho I didn't know what it meant. "Mi casa es tu casa"
And then he backfired with all this Spanish, "oh muchas gracias, porfavor puedo tener agua?" All I caught there was thank you (graciacs) and water (agua) so then I said, " look kid I don't talk Spanish, I was just trying to impress u" my voice drifted it got quieter, I thought about Kent, how i impressed him with my Spanish during one of our dates. Oh how I wish-"Diana? You okay? Um... Hello?" He said
"Okay guy, kid,!? What's ur name?"
"It's Tyler but everyone calls me Mark." He stared at me , "Can u believe thAt it's goons be Diana and Mark from now on"
"plethhhhhhh" *sound of person spitting out water* I was taking a sip of my water when I heard him say this, "what do u mean?"
"Wait so ur telling me ur mom has not said any thing about marriage?"
"Tyler? Mark? What have the not told me?"
"That when u were born our parents agreed that I would have you hand in marriage."
"So I don't have any chance in true love?"
"Look Diana I know how u fell, I have a girl back home but my parents don't understand how important she is to me. If I could get out of royalty I would but I can't not today not tomorrow not never. Ellen and I were the cutest couple, and I'm pretty sure we still are, her eyes sparkle in the moon light, and she has a smile that can light up the whole world.
I didn't know what to say...
