Elsa's pov
I woke up with my usual silence, getting up and getting ready for the day. It was the first day of senior year, and it had to be at least decent. I didn't want a repeat of the last three years. What happened? You might guess, broken friendships, broken promises, and all the usual things that happen in highschool.
~~~~~~~Flashback~~~~~~~
I gathered my books and whatnot, and was finally ready to face the terrifying learning system, known as highschool. I fixed my hair, finding the smallest strand and tucking it back into my already-messy bun. I waited for mom, and got into the car. It was a silent trip, because I don't fancy talking that much.
My sister, Anna, was already there, because she got a ride from one of her friends. As soon as I got out of the car, I immediately regretted it. People were talking, making out, or just messing around. Right then, I felt like an outcast. I quietly headed to the front doors, and as soon as I opened them, all eyes were on me.
I quickly walked through the halls, because I hate all the attention on me. I made it to the office, and got my locker number and schedule. I looked through the many rows of lockers, and after much frustration, finally found my locker. It was next to a boy with silvery-almost white hair.
I looked quickly, then turned my head back to its former position. He noticed, and I saw him steal a glance at me. There wasn't much to see. I was plain, nothing special. Then, without warning, he slammed his locker shut, causing me to jump.
I looked, then grabbed my stuff, and left. Before I could escape, he grabbed my wrist, causing me to glare at him. "What?!" I angrily asked him. He let go of my wrist, and I walked to my first class. After that class, there was a short break before next period.
So, natrually, I went where no one would see me. I laid my back on a tree, and just listened to the sounds of nature. I heard so one sit next to me, so I opened my eyes to see the silver haired boy.
I looked at him, and then closed my eyes once more. He poked me, so I looked at him with the "what do you want" look, and he asked, "what's your name?" I replied, "Do you really want to know?" He nodded, and I said, "Elsa Arendelle. What about you?" "Jack Frost."
"Nice name." "Thanks. You're the first person that's talked to me today." He smiled and said, "glad to meet you." I smiled, and just then, the bells rang, and I ran off to my first class: english.
Lucky for me, Jack was in this class. I went to the very very back, hoping to pass by unnoticed. But the universe must hate me today, because he noticed me and gestured to sit down next to him.
I shook my head, and sat in the back. He changed his seats, and sat next to me. I just couldn't seem to get rid of him. "What do you want Jack?" I asked with an annoyed tone.
"Just want to sit next to a pretty girl, that's all." He said that, knowing it would make me blush like crazy. I laughed and said, "well, then you're next to the wrong girl." He looked at me with a serious face and said, "you really think you're not pretty?" I nodded, and he laughed.
"You're the most prettiest girl at this school, I bet every guy must like you." I laughed and said, "guess again, I'm the school nerd. There is a zero chance of that happening." He said, "I would think that all you need to do, is be more social. You don't like going out of your comfort zone." I looked at him, and noticed his features better.
He had deep blue eyes, and they seemed to have a snowflake pattern in them. He had a light dust of freckles, and a heart-melting smirk. "Done checking my face out?" He said, and I blushed. "I just wanted to examine your features." I said, looking away. "Its okay, I'll make an exception for you." "Why are you being so nice to me? Usually, people don't talk to me, they just push me around."
He smiled and said, " I'm being nice because I believe that the nicest people are the misunderstood ones. And anyways, I have a mission: get Elsa Arendelle out of her comfort zone." I laughed, and said, "that won't happen. I am pretty comfortable in my zone, and I like to keep it that way." "Oh yeah?" He said with a mischevious smirk. I shushed him because class was about to begin.
~~~~~~~flashback ends~~~~~~~
Alright, you can guess what happens next. We became best friends, and were pretty much inseparable. He lived next to me, so most of the time, he would go to my balcony and enter my room. Over the summer, I didn't see much of Jack. But I went through some major changes myself. I became taller, and was exceptionally pretty now.
I didn't see him until yesterday, which was the last day of summer. I sighed, and looked at the picture we took the first day ouf school. I was hugging him, and had a big smile on my face, as well as him. We looked cute together. I wished that it was summer again.
