Sean's POV

     Hi Guys..!! I am Sean Xylan.. I am also 16 years old..a basketball player..

I have a crush named Julienne Kiera Vivienne.. she's a school nerd .. yeah ..a total opposite of me but when I saw her this morning...WOW!! she looks like a goddess..really.. she's beautiful even she 's a nerd but now... Super duper beautiful.. I felt butterflies in my tummy.. I know it sounds so gay but I really felt like that..

Lunchtime .. when I saw her crying at the garden.. my heart skip a beat..

It's your time to make a move Sean.. you can do it..

" Guys.. I need to help her .. look the girl's crying.." I said to my friends

" Wait a minute... it's your crush right ?  Make a move Sean.."

"Yeah.. yeah..  Bye!!"

I went near her and let her borrow my handkerhief... she's always beautiful.. even she's crying..

What is her problem ? :-(

JULIENNE'S POV

I slowly opened my eyes. .

Where am I ?

Oh gosh!!!  I'm in the clinic ...

Don't worry Julienne..the nurse knows about yor condition remember ?

Oh!! yeah right.. the nurse knows but what if she'll tell Sean about it ? I'm so dead..

" You're awake!! I told you not to stress much .. It's bad for you.. do you want to die earlier ?

the nurse said.. Of course not..

" Nope.."

" Then you should follow what the doctor said.. " sigh... thank you Nurse Jen...

" Ok Nurse Jen.. Thank you for being there for me... thank you for doing everything my MOM can't do for me.." I said teary-eyed..

" Your'e always welcome Julienne.. You know I loved you like my own daughter right ? and .. I think it's time to tell your mom about your health... It's been a year Julienne!! You're  your fighting that illness for a year  !! You should tell her before it's too late..."

How would I tell her ? With the situation now .. I can't even go near her because what happened to my sister .. Even if it's not my fault..

" I'll try... You know what's happening to me in the house .. Right? It got worse when my sister fell in the stairs ... My boyfriend even dumped me... WHAT A LIFE!! "

"But that doesn't change the fact that you're still dying Julienne..There is someone who should take care of you ... " Nurse Jen... looks like no one is willing to take care of me... even my family..

I was shocked when someone spoke..

" What !!? You have a heart disease ? "

Oh my gosh!  !!!

This can't be..

Why is he here ?
