Personality when she was a Filly: she was a shy, sweet, smart, caring, and gentle filly. She was a dreamer as well and she always seemed to have a burning passion about wanting to help others.
Personality now: She's still smart and a dreamer as well as caring but she's became cold, untrusting towards other ponies outside of the village she's made and sometimes towards the ponies and other creatures within the village, serious, tired, depressed,and hot tempered.

Backstory: She was born in Zephyr Heights and she was orphaned as a filly. She had only one friend all her life who was her only comfort from the bullying she's retrieved because of her dreams of flying in the night sky, to cast spells to help to help others, and for wanting a family who wouldn't judge her for her flaws but when she received a letter from her friend Zipp that she didn't want to be friends anymore Mery's heart broke causing her to run away from Zephyr Heights to try to escape the pain she felt within her heart. After weeks of being alone in a area of a forest two hundred miles away from Bridlewood she met a group of unicorn fillies, a few changelings fillies, five earth ponies fillies, and four baby dragons who didn't have families like her and a few of them a bit younger than. Mery lend them a hoof and soon earned the role as leader after using her smarts to make a new home for her and her fellow orphans with their help. After the small village was made and named Paria they all agreed to make Mery the leader of the village because of her leadership and her actions of helping the group of orphans.
Zipp and the Royal family's reaction to Mery's disappearance: Zipp was heartbroken after finding out that Mery was gone and regretted unfriending Mery because she was afraid of her reaction to learning about the Royal family lying about them being the only one who are able to fly. Queen Haven sent guards to look for Mery but it sadden her that they couldn't find the filly and Pipp regretted telling Mery that two of her dreams wouldn't come true even though she was only trying to be honest to Mery.
