As Ram and Priya were starting to understand each other well and were also progressing in their relationship, Ram recalled something.

Ram:(in mind):I adore Priya and want to tell her how I feel, but how can I forget this ?

 Ram had been told that he had lung cancer. This was due to the fact that he had been smoking for many years after Vedika had left him. Although his friends were able to stop him, his lungs had already been damaged.

Ram(in mind):what have I  done. I can't let Priya fall in love with me. She's already distraught because Mahendra Sood and Neeraj deceived her, and if something happens to me, she will believe that God has always been unfair to her.

That evening when Priya returned home,Ram behaved very rudely with her.Priya looked baffled. Ram had never spoken to her in that manner before.

Priya:Are you okay, Mr. Kapoor? Is there a problem here? You are free to discuss your concerns with me. 

Ram chose not to tell her about his problems, even though he wanted to

Ram:You are my problem get that .I don't need you just leave.

Priya was shocked, and tears welled up in her eyes. Ram was about to wipe them off, but he stopped himself. Priya gave him one more look as she collected her belongings to go. When she heard Ram coughing, She dashed inside and immediately handed him a glass of water. He drank it, but it didn't make his cough go away. Ram passed out unexpectedly. Priya was shocked. She contacted the doctor as well as Ram's friends.

Priya was questioned if Ram was taking his cancer medications by the doctor. Priya was surprised. Cancer? Meanwhile, Adi arrived and took charge of the situation. Ram's lung cancer was disclosed to Priya. She was in tears. She was comforted by Brinda. Ram must regain consciousness in four hours or he will die, said the doctor.Priya requested Ram's friends to leave the room as she wanted to be with Ram alone.They left.

Priya:Mr Kapoor,Get up .You promised you'd always be there for me. You claimed that you aren't like Sir or Neeraj. Come on, you can't go back on your word.Aapne mujhse vaada kiya tha na .Utteye Ram Utteye...You know you care about me, and I know you love me.

Priya closed her eyes and kept her head on Ram's chest.Ram slowly moved and slightly opened his eyes .

Ram:I'll be there whenever you need me.

Priya opened her eyes and hugged Ram .She kissed him on his cheeks and then on his forehead.She called the doctor to check on Ram.The doctor said Ram is recovering.This is just a miracle.If he follows proper medications he can be cured.

Priya:Dont worry doctor .Lets see how he does not have the medicine .

Ram's friends gave him a mocking smile. "Just tell her how much you love her," Adi murmured in Ram's ear.

Brinda also told the same to Priya.Both gave a shy smile and bid their friends goodbye.
