Kaylee Skye Caddell was a girl of many talents and skills. She practically was born with books. Her parents loved that attribute about her because their family always valued the simplicity of things.
Her father had taught her how to do most normal and plain things in life like hiking and swimming.
Her mother taught her how to bake ,gymnastics and took her for singing lessons.
Kaylee was a bright and intelligent girl, she was the silver beacon of the neighborhood ,adored by everyone.
Around the age of 12, Kaylee's father had gotten into a car accident and was taken to the hospital. About 3 hours later their family was informed he did not make it out alive.
The day of his death was the day Kaylee was never the same again.
She fell into a great depression and developed anxiety to the point it went to far that she started to self-harm to cope with life because she believed that she was hanging to life on a loose thread which will soon cut.
If not for her best friend Starr who came to visit from California Kaylee would not have been alive by now.
Starr helped her and advised her to go for counseling.
When Kaylee did all of this her anxiety had reduced and she had decided she wanted to start at fresh so Starr said she and her mother could move to California and she could go to school with her.
When Kaylee ran this through with her mother, her mom agreed for them to move, since she believed it was best.
Now 16, Kaylee moved to sunny California and started attending West Valley high school and she befriends another girl named Londynn.
What happens when her and her friends get wrapped into a karate rivalry when one of the karate students becomes her AP calculus partner?
