It wasn't long until the curse was broken. But even after that, life went on.

Casper continued failing miserably at sword fighting even as Will took up the skill like it was the easiest thing in the world. Mr. Beane kept on reminding Casper to practice thirty minutes a day and he kept on practicing thirty minutes a day but it didn't seem to be working.

As for Will and Casper, Casper proposed about a month after the curse broke and they got married five months later.

Lu and Jolie ran off together to travel the world and no matter what anyone said they insisted they were just friends even though it was pretty obvious they were in love with each other.

Eventually, Mr. Beane died and Will became Casper's sword fighting mentor. Over the years the Gale Mansion emptied and they had a little girl named Casey. Then a year later a boy named William. Then another girl named Lily two years later.

And when Lu and Jolie returned from their trip around the world they also had kids. Triplets to be exact. Their names were Bex, Dex, and Rex.

Casey and Dex eventually would get married but at the time the Gale children and Lu and Jolie's children became the greatest friends of all time.

Will and Casper were amazing parents.

They managed to avoid traumatizing their kids which is something most parents miss. They read their children bedtime stories every night, never yelled at them, and never ever pressured them to get good grades.

But then again, they had amazing kids too.

Casey was a quiet, petite, red-head who always liked spreading herself out on the floor with a spread of papers and a few sharpened pencils to design as a kid. She grew up and became a well known architect. She married Dex and together they had a boy named Nemo.

William was a clever troublemaker with Casper's black hair. He was the most restless out of the Gale children and was always tinkering with broken clocks and watches. He grew up and became a genius inventor. He married a woman named Joe who divorced him because he had an affair with a man named Joey. William had no kids and after Joey left him he returned to the Gale Mansion to live with his parents.

Finally, Lily. Lily was the sweetest and kindest brown haired little girl you'd ever meet. She was a great listener and she had a gentle, soft voice. She was very attractive but never married. She loved music though and composed several piano pieces throughout her life.

And so the Gale legacy lived on.

Will died first and Casper spent his last days with William who took care of him until his last breath.

And Hark was never seen again.

No one knew what happened to him and really... no one cared either.
