See those little white snowmen? They're called 'Snowgies'
They are actually not meant to be made by Elsa...but Elsa got a cold/fever and whenever she sneezes the Snowgies appear. See on the picture...
Also do you people realize that both Marshmallow and The Snowgies don't talk and sing...only Olaf? I guess Elsa only creates perfect snow creations when she's happy.
Cause when she made Olaf she was happy and singing so maybe that's why Olaf can talk and sing too.
