Sibling Rivalry

I can't believe I'm doing this. I should have punch that little human's face by now but here I am. Sitting with a smile on face without saying anything. The Grand Duchess has been silent for a while.

"Why do you look mad, Evalina?" suddenly ask The Grand Duchess breaking the silent.

"No, it just that.... My hands supposed to be on someone's face right now." answer me while looking at both of my hands with a guilt expression.

"What do you mea-" ask The Grand Duchess but then, paused. She then with a worry expression say, "Please don't say you want to start a fight."

"I would love to if I have the chance." says me with a ☺ smile and drop the smile. The Grand Duchess then put a reassuring smile and say, "Why do you suddenly care about it?".

I clenched my right hand with the dress I'm wearing right now while facing The Grand Duchess and say,"I don't think I suppose to tell you the reason. You already know it."
There is no a single words coming out of The Grand Duchess's mouth but after I said that, she smiled at me and went to where her friends at.

I then left alone until the third song starts to play. The Third Lady finally came. I wanted to say something but before I could even finish my sentence, she immediately said "Do not talk to me." with her left hand from the middle to left of her face in the air. And I replied her with a nod and we just sat there silently until dancing event finished.

And suddenly, 8 butlers went to a different directions with 8 glasses of wine on their serving tray. But as expected, they passed our table since The Grand Duchess is not here and we're still underage for wine. Though, that just mean we can eat now! I look everywhere around me to look for the place they put food but do not find anything. I also didn't see anyone got up from their seat so I just wait.

After a few while, 10 people wearing chef attire with food on their big serving tray. One of the people put the food along with fork, knife and spoon on our table. The Third Lady took the fork and knife and start eating elegantly. Seeing that, I took the knife and fork then start eating with my the-not-so-elegant table manners.

It's kind of hard to cut this steak.

I also gave a glance on The Second Princess and continue eating the food.

After 25 minutes, The Grand Duchess still did not come and I think it's kind of awkward so I tried to start a conversation with Third Lady.

"Hey, " said me. The Third Lady then turned her face towards me and say,"What?" and continue eating showing she try to ignore me.

"Don't ignore me. Can we have a talk together, for a while?" asked me while eating elegantly trying to be cool. 😎.

The Third Lady gave a glance at me and say, "Then...I saw you tried to find a partner but you didn't dance. You were planning to ruin the banquet or what?"

"Well...someone dared to do something I dislike." answer me.

"....Your turn." suddenly said The Third Lady.

I froze a little and look at The Third Lady with a 'what?' expression. The Third Lady look at me and form a confuse expression then say,"What? I asked what I want. Now it's your turn."

A small sigh went out of my mouth."Okay then, why did you suddenly want to dance?" asked me.

Wow, somehow I can sense I just start a fight.

"Okay.... Now I can't dance?" asked her with an angry expression.

"No, you usually hate to dance. And.. I saw The fourth Lord of Elibern. Was it because of him?". Okay now I know I sound like I'm trying to interrogate her but yeah, I said it already. Can't take back, it's not my thing.
