Silver Wolf

Chapter One

I could feel my heart drop in my boots. I had to marry a man I didn't even know. How am I supposed to sit back and marry him? Grrrr. Did my father not care about how this was going to affect my future. What if I found my mate and I was already married to this guy?

"Are you even listening to me, Clara?" My dad's voice took on his alpha tone.

"How do you expect me to listen to you after you told me I was marrying a complete stranger?" I was yelling at him.

"Sit down and behave! He will be here any minute!"

"No." I growled. "I will not sit down for the likes of you." My father's eyes went black his wolf was starting to take over. I wasn't scared though and he knew it.

"You will sit down and behave until you have left my territory!" My wolf was whimpering scared of the alpha wolf in front of her.

'We are an alpha wolf too.' I told her. 'Become the wolf you were supposed to be!' I growled louder showing my father no fear.

"I have a mate somewhere out there and you except me to go along with this?! I will never forgive you!" My father took a step back and lowered his head. I had won.

"You got your alpha to back down to you. Impressive." I turned around to see another alpha at the door. He was around six five. Being almost a foot taller then me. His dark hair was messy, and his green eyes. Oh god I could get lost in them forever. My wolf was calling out to him. I dismissed her thinking she was crazy.

"Not really. I just have a stronger will then he does." I spat disappointed in my father.

"This is Alpha Jason of the Moonlight pack." I heard my father say in the back ground.

"Shall we test your will once again? Come with me." My wolf was pushing me to go.

"Your my mate?" I asked in disbelief.

"Yes, I suppose I am." My wolf wouldn't stop trying to take over so she could get to him. How strong was our bond? "Better hurry over here before you shift." I narrowed my eyes at him and growled.

"No one tells me what to do." I could feel my hands start to shift, but I still didn't move an inch towards him. He sighed and walked over to me picking me up.

"Good bye, Alpha Lucas." Jason said to my father as he carried me out of the office. He placed me down when we got outside. "Why didn't you do as I asked?" I knew he was confused, but I'm not going to tell him why yet. I noticed my sleeves were up my arm a little bit so I yanked them down happy my hands were back to normal.

"I told you before I don't take orders from anyone." He took a few steps towards the car parked in the driveway.

"You coming?" He looked over his shoulder. I nodded. There was no way I was staying here. Not with him. He got in the drivers side so I hopped in the passenger side. He took off tries digging up the gravel I worked so long and hard to put there. Whatever Dad will have to find some other unwanted bitch to do his bidding. We drove a few miles in silence before he pulled over.

"Is there something wrong?" I ask.

"I need to mark you." His voice was full of lust.

"C-can't it wait till we get to your place?" I ask not wanting to be marked in a car.

"No." I swallowed not sure what to say. He took off our seat-belts. Then grabbed me by the waist and brought me closer to him. He kissed me, lips soft against mine. I kissed him back moaning when he bit my bottom lip. My hands went around his neck bringing him impossibly closer to me. I pulled away to take a breath. That didn't stop him though. He kissed a path along my jaw line to my neck. I shivered when he kissed the spot were I was going to be marked. I felt his teeth lengthen then he bit into my neck. The sharp pain in my neck caused me to gasp and clutch onto his shoulders for dear life. When he pulled away the pain lessened. He licked it causing me to shiver and moan with pleasure. God, he already has such an effect on me. I could tell it was bleeding a little bit. So I pushed him back gently so I could touch it. Yep, I was right.
